We rented a tent, tables, and chairs for my son’s birthday party, and we’re so happy with their accommodating customer service! Everything was in quality, great shape, and set up was very easy. We’ll Definitely rent from them again!

We used T&C for our office holiday party and the process, start to finish, could not have run more smoothly. Kaitlin was a pleasure to deal with and all correspondence was answered promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to work with T&C again in the future!

Placed an order (over the phone) for 25 chairs on a Friday for that same Sunday. I picked them up on Saturday, they loaded them into my car and I went back on Monday to return and they unloaded them as well. Very quick and painless process. The chairs were clean and in very good condition. I will definitely rent again for whatever other occasion and I will HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Amending my review because town and country did come through and appreciate it. A little more communication could have been better.

Just rented 25 chairs from them on Saturday. They were nice enough to load it in my car but when I got home and checked there were only 20 chairs. I called them back around 2.30 pm no answer and could not leave a message there was no possible way to get in touch with them. Finally around 5.30 I got in Kaitlin via email who was a event planner. She apologized and assured me that she will have the chairs delivered to my house. She later changed her mind and said that she will leave the chairs outside the rental place and cannot deliver them. I sent an email back to her that I cannot pick them up. She never bothered to reply 3 of my emails until the next afternoon after the party was over but it was too late. Another thing I didnt like about them was they charged me 8 % Insurance waiver without asking me which I found out later when I checked my receipt. I will never go back there again there are plenty of other places to do business with.

Great company, rental chairs were as promised. They also rent more than party items, and have equipment rentals. Cash only though, so just be aware. Will do business again.

Good and fast service. They care for their customers.
