Half of the machines arent working most of the time. Overpriced. And last time I used them, they took my clothes out the dryer (before it was even scheduled to be done) because there was a tiny piece of tape on the dryer that said JT, which was supposed to indicate that dryer was being used for some purpose. So now Im missing about a hundred dollars in clothes, and they couldnt even bother to check around to find my missing items. The owner didnt care whatsoever. Paid $10 to wash my clothes and lost a hundred dollars in new stuff. Awesome.

Good prices and locations and has an improved clean environment. However, the ratio of machines that are out of service and whats is working is like a 2:1 scenario. Also need to work on the Air condition system especially with now a days of having to wear a mask on top of summer weather. When its on though its fine. Otherwise, its a good place to go.

Poorly run, and the elderly man who works there does not wear a mask or gloves, nor do they disinfect anything...The man folds people’s laundry without a mask and gloves as well. That’s a serious health risk that could lead to death. That is not what we pay for when we bring in laundry for ‘wash and fold’. In addition, their machines are always out of order and don’t get fixed for months. 0 social distancing even though over 82,000 are now dead as a result of Covid19. The man speaks no English and does not honor that huge sign they now having outside ( sign says if you bring in food donations, washing is free). I brought in $15 worth of food, at first he acted like they weren’t comping for the donations, in spite of what the sign says. After I asked about it, he reluctantly comped 1 out of 3 loads and refused to add the “extra rinse “ cycle, which I said I’d pay for. It’s 25 cents, for Pete’s sake.

Some washers are $4, the others $7 and theyre the same size. A lot are broken. The rest always have old soap and detergent in the compartments. I dont have a problem with the staff, they seem nice enough. But they probably should have fixed the broken stuff before spending money on a video game machine. Honestly if it keeps going this way, Im going to find a new place.A major upside is that drying is free

I went there twice but only to look, I never use the machines, but I saw persons using them and doing their laundry, they should be grateful, I have machines where I live so I used mine. It is a good thing to do so I do hope residents who uses them are taking care of them. And who set them up are doing the right thing to help.

So much better since the renovation! Im able to do all my laundry at once, and drying is now free. Do wish they would update the driers like they have the washing machines.

Dont bother if you have any interest in drying your clothes. Most of the dryers dont work and havent been fixed for months. Had to wait for someone to finish drying before I could do mine. And there were only four other people in there! Now the big load washers are starting to go down one by one...Edit: and one of the dryers literally burn my clothes. On medium temp...

Horrible experience! My dryer is broken so I walked in with laundry to dry only. They refused my business as they said dryers are free to customers who wash their laundry there only. I even offered to give cash to use the dryer a they still refused my business! How do you turn away money? Arent you in business to make money!? Not the way to run a business.

The independent renter (older lady and man) was rude, obnoxious and definitely not helpful, machine arent coin operated, and they dont have change to break. Because she was sooo rude i unloaded all my laundry and left. I called the customer services # on door and gave my complaint to a very nice man probably wont do anything because lady is an independent renter oh well never again i dont recommend this laudromat off to another to spend my $ to me customer service means everything!!

Most of the machines dont work Most of the dryer doors dont stay closed and they dont put on the AC. Its unbearable in there. I knocked on the office window to ask to put on the AC, and was hit by a blast of cold air when they slid open the window, but they did not turn it on for the patrons.

Every time I have to use this place its anot ordeal. Not to mention you have to keep your eye on everything and over your shoulder at the same time. Ive had dryer shrets stolen twice and once in the time it took to walk from the dryers to get clothes from the washer and back. Thankfully that time I figured out who it was and reached into her bag and got my stuff back.Tonight I am again washing at this dump and watching over my shoulders. I watched a homeless couple pretending to work here after hours (which does NOT happen ever), get a step stool to reach over the washers to unlock the door behind the washers and put their backpacks and bags behind there. Then the man grabbed a broom and pretending as an employee sweeping up water from the floor, then they left. Idiots. An employee would have keys, but still... always a dangerous adventure here. If you do visit this place, do not come alone and if you do make sure you have a means to protect yourself or call for help if needed.

I just called to see if this was a full-service laundromat, or just a wash, dry, and fold where the staff does all the laundry for you. I asked if they had machines available, and the man on the phone said, Yes, thats what a laundromat is. They lost my business, I am going into Danbury.
