Unbelievable service and quality of the employees and jewelry. Why settle for a large commercial branch at the mall and settle for “jewelers” who really don’t know the trade. This place is extremely accommodating and they can offer everything and anything you are looking for. They are extremely knowledgeable and can easily accommodate any budget you may have. It’s about time I found a store who are master of there trade and treat people as a fellow human being and not just another number. Way to go Robertson’s. I will certainly be coming back.

I have been working with Robertson jewelers and their designer Brian for over 20 years after my mother passed I took a lot of her gems and stones and jewelry to create new luxe for my children and my children’s children. I would never choose anyone else to create a legacy piece with other than Robertsons Brian is so very gifted and they always support collaboration.

We have to drive an hour to visit Robertson Jewelers and we do it because of the owner, Brad. We’ve known him for nearly 25 years and he’s the only Jeweler we know we can trust. He has great taste and knows how to “read” his customer’s taste to find the perfect piece of jewelry. Recently he made a custom ring for my wife for our anniversary and she loves it. She went in there not knowing what exactly what she wanted, but Brad was able to figure it out pretty quickly. The ring came out beautifully and my wife absolutely loves it!

I had a fabulous experience at Robertson Jewelers when choosing my engagement ring! My family has been going to see Brad for their jewelry needs for years, so I knew Id be well taken care of. Brad was extremely warm, patient, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about his craft. He cared about getting to know me and making sure I was happy, not just getting my business. He was honest with me about pricing and respected my budget. I felt he really listened to what I wanted, and was happy to let me try on as many rings as I needed. He had excellent intuition about the kinds of rings I might like; even more than I knew about myself! I felt I learned a lot about ring sizes, styles, and gem cuts while I was there, and really got to understand my preferences better. I was pretty sold on my ring when my appointment ended, but I still felt no pressure to purchase then and there; Brad insisted I think things over to make sure I was 100% happy. In the end, I called later that day for the ring. Brad offered me a great price on the ring, and was even willing to resize it and ship it overnight all the way to Florida for me within three days. I cant say enough about how grateful I was to have such a good experience. And the ring is gorgeous, expertly crafted and unique, to boot! Im in love and cant wait for the proposal. THANK YOU BRAD!

I agree with the two most recent reviews. Last time I was here, the service here wasn’t terrible and they did help me out, but it’s just the fact that the person at the counter seemed disgruntled every time I’d go in, making me feel like a bother for shopping there. Not sure if that same person is still there now but if so, they just shouldn’t be working in customer service with that attitude.

Brad and everyone at Robertson Jewelers made my ring buying experience incredibly easy. Brad and his team are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and fair. I told Brad what my budget was and what style I wanted and when I walked in the door, he already had some samples of diamonds and settings ready for me to look at. He took the time to explain to me what I should be looking for in a diamond and we mixed and matched the diamonds and the settings until I found the perfect combination. I can not recommend Robertson Jewelers enough. A perfect experience.

My son recently graduated from college. As he is a college basketball player, I wanted to get him something special. I purchased on Ebay a Waterford crystal basketball that was suitable for engraving. Upon receipt of the gift, I called around to my local jewelers to see about engraving. Little did I know, that very few jewelers still performed the task of engraving on fine crystal. We were referred to Robertson Jewelers. Brad took it from there. He have us very clear shipping instructions and requested very specific engraving instructions. I shipped the crystal and within a week or so it was returned exactly as requested. The gift was perfect ... thank you so much. I highly recommend Robertson Jewelers!

Robertson’s Jewelers is the leading jeweler in Litchfield County, with master Jewelers, if they repair your gold or silver jewelry you can not tell where it was even broken! Brad and his staff our real professionals and design and create, from Scratch, the most gorgeous pieces that are substantial, with a beautiful finished look, front and back and their selection of ready made and Estate jewelry is tremendous. For gifts, they have many many great lines for any occasion, why drive to the mall? I’ve been shopping at Robertson’s since 1995, when it comes to precious Gems and well made jewelry, you need a Jeweler you can Trust and you can trust and depend on Robertson’s Jewelers!

Terrible customer service! I have never written a negative review on here before but I’m so upset by my total experience with this store I felt I had to. This is all my fault because I should have listened to my instinct and walked out of the store immediately. From the second I walked in I felt unwelcome. The women at the counter seemed bothered by my presence and she even snapped at me when I was asking questions. Because the customer service was so terrible I ended up purchasing something I didn’t want, and I’m going to another jeweler to fix. If you’re looking for help picking a product, I suggest going elsewhere.

Really weird vibes and unfriendly employees in this store. I walked in to browse and when the employees finally acknowledged me they seemed bothered by my presence. I’ve never written a review but I’ve also never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life!

I had wedding bands that wouldn’t wrap correctly. I went into Robertson’s Jewelers and asked them about making a halo ring. I was told the diamonds are bigger than what they would use for a halo ring. But if I leave my rings they would work out an estimate.They called me back and I went in to discuss the pricing. It would take a while to search for a halo setting for the size of the diamond and the number which was eight diamonds. But if I did a custom halo setting it would be more, but it would be beautiful. I just picked it up today (5/4/2019) and my jaw it the floor. It was sooo beautiful!! I can’t stop looking at my new/old ring. Thank you, thank you Robertson’s Jewelers and especially, Rich, who made the picture in my mind real... And I also like the fact I kept it local in New Milford, CT. I am proud to have a one of a kind ring made just for me!!

We have been purchasing jewelry and having repairs made at Robertsons for more than a dozen years. They have repaired countless pieces of jewelry ranging from easy (changing a watch battery while I waited) to complex (rebuilding the prongs of a ring, repairing a chipped stone). I really appreciate that the bench jeweler is on staff - meaning that my jewelry doesnt leave the premises - and that they walk me through the repair process before proceeding.

The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. I had a wedding band repaired recently. They were very accommodating and completed the repair quickly.

I have never shop there, but i always saw people inside either shopping. Packing up are doing something, its a very nice place, seems like the environment is very good, not bad parking, nice jewelry.

This is a cheat of a store. I went to have a necklace re-strung and was told it would cost $100 (for two strings, $50 per string.) I even wrote the amount on the holding receipt tag, in front of the staff while I was at the store counter. Oddly the store did not formally print an amount owed on the holding tag- but I thought nothing of it. When I went to pick up my newly strung item two weeks later, I was told the charge was $120 (for two strings, $60 per string). I did indicate that the amount was incorrect and even shared my written notes--but to no avail. I paid $120 because I had no choice. This is a terrible terrible store. Beware.
