Dr.Jarrett is great. I was really nervous about seeing a dentist because of several different issues. Dr. Jarrett made me feel comfortable. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him ! The hygienists is also very accommodating and friendly!

Where do I start? Let me just say, Dr. Jarrett is one of the best! Not just him, but his assistant and the front office. I was visiting Connecticut from LA, and my front tooth chipped. This office got me in SAME DAY and all fixed up. I got there at 3:15 for my 4pm appt, and they even took me in early! Dr Jarrett was super cool, asking me what kind of music i wanted to listen to while he did his thing. His assistant could understand EVERYTHING i was saying when my mouth was wide open. That’s talent. Anyway, he made my tooth look better than it was before! He’s a perfectionist not just for the patient, but everyone i come in contact with will see his beautiful work. Thank you SOOO much to the front office staff, and of course, Dr. Jarrett. You all deserve a raise!

This was my first time here and the service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. They keep time slots, so the wait time is minimal, a huge plus when at the dentist. I will definitely be back

My 7 year old daughter didnt even realize she had 2 fillings done. They are gentle, careful, and soothing to kids using not so scary terminology to make a child feel comfortable and not nervous.

Dr. Fredericks and the whole team made this the most comfortable and satisfying experience Ive ever had at a dentist. I was dealing with my early years of mediocre dental work, and needed to improve my smile which Ive always been embarrassed by. Dr. Fredericks gave me a few options, but recommended crowns to replace the teeth which had deteriorated past the point where a good result could be expected by trying to salvage them.This was absolutely the way to go, and I couldnt be happier with the result, which looks amazing. The work was done carefully and gently, with no discomfort. Thank you Dr. F for your excellent work, fantastic chair-side manner and for giving me the smile I always wanted.

Im 75 years old. I grew up scared stiff of dentists. My mother would bribe me to go. I would run out of the office. When I was older I would faint when sitting in the chair. As I grew older my fears lessened, if you would call pounding heart, sweating, urge to run lessening. When I found Dental Associates on Aspetuck Ave in New Milford I was relaxed, calm looking forward to the next visit. It has now been almost 15 years. All the staff who I work with are so attentive, kind and courteous. Especially my dentist Dr. Genel Giuliano,, who has served me and my grandson with the best of care and deep concern. No wonder I like my dentist!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to because of the friendly and professional service from the dental hygienist Heang Taing. Ive been seeing her for a few years now and she surely knows her customers. From remembering my career to make up changes. She is so friendly and even made me laugh while she was doing her routine cleaning. Its pretty hard to conversate while someone is cleaning your teeth but she is hilarious and great at what she does.. I cant recommend her service enough. Dental Associates of New Milford is lucky to have her!

Two of my front teeth are bonded since I was younger so when I broke one of them 4 days(at 6pm) after Christmas, I called the Dental Associates office to see when I could get in to get it fixed. I was told to come in right then. I was there in 5 minutes. Dr. Fredericks patched it up but recommended a crown down the road. He was amazing and explained the procedure and a great sense of humor as well! Spoke too soon....a week later the piece loosened and I was on my way back for my crown. Dr. Peck then made a temp and 2 weeks later I was in for my real crown. Love Dr. Peck - hes very thorough, explained everything he was doing, told me what to expect during the procedure and going forward that it was now permanent and that it was just like my real tooth.He was so gentle and there was no yanking or pulling. From the assistants (wish I had their names) that helped both doctors to the receptionists, I was totally impressed with their professionalism and care. Since my original dentist retired years ago, I have been going to DA. My kids and husband go here as well...and my older son will drive 45 minutes to go to the NM office. PS: Love my hygienist (Jackie Mc) too!!!!

Dr. Dores and the staff are always friendly, provide a calm and peaceful environment and the dental care is always exceptional!

They sent me a bill for several hundred dollars. I paid the bill by check. One month later I get a check in the mail, sent from their billing dept, made out to them, for the same exact amount. I called the office and they have no record of my payment. Meanwhile there’s several hundred dollars taken out of my bank and me with a useless check and an account balance owed!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and they treat you like family. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire office. Climate was very comfortable, and relaxing. Nobody likes having to go to the dentist, but when you need to go, I highly recommend Dental Associates of New Milford. You will not be disappointed!!

From receiving forms to fill out online, to waiting until the room was ready to bring me into the building, to having the hygienist and dentist fully covered head to toe, all of the details were taken care of. Im not one to give reviews but I had to share our experience. Dental Associates for Kids in New Milford was phenomenal. It was both of my daughters first time at the dentist. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The techs, hygienists, and doctor were very knowledgable and patient. They answered every question of mine and made my kids and I feel so comfortable! We were in and out within about 45 minutes. Thank you so much!

So we transferred to the kids branch from a popular Southbury practice. From the first visit I am so much happier and my kids are so much happier. Great communication ease of appts. The whole experience was great. I am really impressed.

My husband and I moved to New Milford in July and were initially nervous about starting with a new dentist, but weve never been as comfortable as weve been with Dr. Peck and Nica! Ive had serious dental anxiety in the past, but everyone in the Dental Associates office made me feel so comfortable that it truly vanished after the first visit. We had our cleanings with Heang and Jackie who were incredibly kind and gentle.When I came back for a crown shortly after, Dr. Peck and his assistant Nica did everything possible to make me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Dr. Peck is truly the best dentist I have ever been to. He is compassionate, gentle, and clear. He explained everything that he would be doing before he did it so that there was no guessing or worrying or nervous silence. He turned a potentially nerve-wracking situation into one that flew by and was smoother than I ever could have imagined.The office itself is clean and comfortable, the administrative staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (weve spoken with Nikole a few times and shes wonderful), and I appreciate that they limit the number of patients in the office at any one time during COVID. I love their office. Not only is the staff at the front desk great, so is the dental hygienist and the dentist. I drive from the other side of Danbury to bring my daughter here. It is well worth the drive. Visiting this dentist office in such a relief. This is a professional office that caters to the kiddos and to the mamas and daddy’s. Great for my 2.5 years old.

They made my daughter first dental visit something that she remembers as fun. The staff was kind and explained each step to the process to her in a way that a toddler could understand and felt comfortable. The ability to watch Mickey Mouse during the process helped as well. I would recommend them to anyone with children.

Had a lovely experience with Dr. Joe and his staff. My son’s frenectomy was quickly determined and dealt with. Following the short procedure, they offered me a room to nurse and checked in on me.

I had to switch dentists a number of years ago (never an easy thing) and Ive been very happy with the quality of service of their office and staff. They are knowledgeable, flexible, and competent. While I suppose they may be higher priced than some, I am willing to trade this because I know Im in good hands and the work will be done correctly and the results will be top-notch. I love Dr.Flora, I seriously had dentist phobia especially with implants. My previous dentist installed my implant crookedly that I had to redo. Dr. Flora removed and redid my implants. Even though we moved from CT, we drove all the way from Pittsburgh to visit her. She is that good and she makes you feel very comfortable.Love her and her staff as well.Over all, would definitely recommend them.

My 6 year has always been terrified of the dentist but needed a fair amount of work done. She was so comfortable here that she let the dentisit everything that needed to be done without 1 tear. The Tv hanging on the ceiling and the silly gas were amazing. The staff walked her through each step in a way that let her know what to expect without scaring her. They even played with my 3 year old allowing me to give my oldest all my attention. My only regret is not coming here years ago!

Dr. Gilman in the the New Milford location has been so extremely patient and good to me on my two year journey with Invisalign, I haven’t been the best with keeping on track in the beginning but he found a plan that worked for me and NEVER gave up. looking back on my teeth from two years ago to today they are almost perfect just a few more weeks and I will have the smile I have always dreamed of. I drive an hour just to see them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you Dr. Gilman !!

Well run/organized office, a pleasant experience.

I recently had several teeth pulled and a partial plate made. As Im very vain, I had to accept at 54, these things happen whether Im ready or not. My initial appointment was with Dr. Peck, he listened to me as I begged not to have to have full denture. He said he could fix me up, with a plate. He then said you need a cleaning, and I forget her name, but she was awesome as well. Then I met with Dr. Wachs, who extracted my 8 teeth on Tuesday. As I hate the dentist, which is why Im where I am at today, the dental assistant, held my wrist, as the needles went in my mouth to allow me a pain free extraction. The bridge they made for me matched my teeth perfectly. And I dont want to leave how how wonderful the girls at reception are. I give 50 thumbs up for DENTAL ASSOCIATES OF CT. THANK YOU AND IM HAPPY WITH MY SMILE.

I went here November 11, 2016 for a molar extraction and I have to say, I have never been so impressed with a medical office. The orthodontist that I was originally scheduled with in Bridgeport, told me he was uncomfortable doing my extraction after waiting an hour and a half for my appointment. Since I had already called out of work for that day, I scrambled frantically to find another surgeon to do the extraction. Luckily, Dr. Wachs had on appointment available. I booked the appointment regardless of the fact that the New Milford location is an hour away from my home. The team at the office was so friendly and efficient beginning from the front desk all the way to the patients chair. The dental hygienst who took my panos was so incredibly kind, smart, efficient, and most importantly clean! Before and after we took my xrays she disinfected everything in the room, from the door we touched, to the computer, to the machine itself. That isnt something you see everywhere and I truly respect it. Once, I was in the chair and got to meet Dr. Wachs, he was honest, well spoken, well mannered and took good care of me as a patient. The surgery itself was well done, didnt hurt at all regardless of being only on novocaine. They had me schedule a follow up appointment him in a few weeks and I just called today to verify I had the correct date and time written down and the girl from the front desk remembered me, asked me how I was feeling, and even gave me advice on how to help if I got uncomfortable or had any pain.truly incredible. Whoever is the manager of this location/company should pat themselves on a job well done and an incredible staff to back them.
