I cant say enough about Pat with precision pumps. Not only is he responsive and professional, but he is friendly and makes a stressed situation easier to handle. He has a way of making you feel like a priority He responded to me within minutes. He communicates with you. And when he says a time he is able to come to you he keeps his word. He arrived within 3 minutes of estimated time. I dealt with him many years ago, and this is why I decided to call him today. He made time for me, amidst his busy schedule. He takes pride in his work as well. He is not about the dollar signs. New Milford ct is lucky to have him.

Pat has done 3 different jobs for me. Excellent work, fair price, right on time and calls you right back when you leave a message. How can you get better than that?! My plumber recommended him to me and I would recommend him to anybody!

Pat of Precision Pump Services is a highly professional individual who offers great service and reasonable rates. When it looked like my pump had been hit by lightening and would need to be replaced, his estimate was significantly less than everyone else that I called.To save me money, he told me how to jerry-rig a set-up so that Id have water for the weekend (instead of paying holiday weekend rates), and hed come out to take care of everything on Monday. When he arrived, he quickly located and repaired the issue (which was the wiring, not the pump). So, the overall project cost much less than hed originally estimated as well.Great service. Reasonable pricing. Knowledge person. Fun to talk with. I definitely will be using Pats services again in the future.

Pats one of the most honest, straight-to-the-point people I know. He will work hard, and not waste your time or money. He knows what hes talking about; if hes taking a chance, hell tell you about it. If I had just one criticism of Pats service, its that there isnt enough of him to go around, and sometimes you have to wait. But if you tell him you have an emergency (no water qualifies), hell move heaven & earth to be there just as soon as he can. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

I had a problem late at night with a no water situation. Pat returned my call and troubleshot the situation over the phone and resolved the situation. A great guy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! None better!!!
