Nancy contacted me to purchase an auto insurance with Allstate. She told me how much each part of the coverage would cost and thats exactly what I paid. Last Wednesday after the flood, I was contacted to make sure that my car was not damage from the rain. That what I call service!

Many mishap from the quotation to getting my policy. Received an email from the owner Daniel Tichio. email said price coverage etc.. My price on my Boat insurance went up by $200. My deductible went up from $250 to $500 because of Daniel Tichio mistake. I did not make fussed about it . How ever Daniel did not admit that he made a mistake and double talked. On 4th of July 2021 i was on the Lake Hopatcong with my family on my boat . My boat suddenly felt not running normal, engine start smoking. It was on fire. i put out the smoking sparks and I some how towed the boat to the marine and put a claim in. few days later I got a call from a different company saying that the will handle my claims .After getting bounced back and forth with ALLSTATE adjuster and my insurance agent. I received an email today saying that they are dining my claims. Plastic was sucked in to the engine according to a marine mechanic that caused the problem. For the passed 12 years my home cars and motorcycle insurance have been paid clock works and never had a claim ever. first time that i need to use my insurance they are giving me run away answer. BE CARE FULL OF THESES PEOPLE.

I get constant unsolicited calls from this guy after repeatedly asking to take me off the list. Please do not give them your money. There are plenty of other respectful businesses to choose from.

This is the best insurance agency Ive ever done business with .Very helpful and efficient . They replaced all of my policies over a weekend (Nancy worked through the weekend ) and they saved me a substantial amount of money . Im very pleased !
