I was really disappointed to see the changes in the laundromat since I was here last a couple years ago. The large washers were all out of order and a customer said one had been broken for 6 months.Other washers were also broken.The floors were dirty and the front of washers needed to be wiped down.

Was at laundromat but that place is always clean, friendly and people that use the laundromat are always friendly and courteous to each other. 🤗💞🇺🇸🙏🏻

Sadly this laundromat is neglected. Several Machines in Need of Repairs ! And the Floors are Filthy ! Coin Machine Out of Coins ! Thats a Problem.

They do a wonderful job and are extremely friendly.

Shirts come out well but at 3$ per, they can keep their sarcastic offer to teach customers how to unbutton them tun

You might want to clean your washers. I could cut the mildew with a knife that’s how thick it was where you put the detergent in. 😤

The laundromat was absolutely filthy and half of the machines were out of order. I would have expected better conditions in New London.

I have been using these folks for the 6 plus years I have lived in town. They are very, prompt and get the job done. Shirts always look great. Buttons remain in tact (something my last (shortlived) dry cleaner in Somerville failed to accomplish) and fair price.

For being in New London, very disappointing. Very dirty and out of date.
