We contracted LT Construction to complete a basement-to-apartment renovation. The apartment is state of the art with granite counter tops, a kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a steam shower bathroom and a washer/dryer unit, along with one bedroom, a living room, a home office, and several closets and storage spaces. I can not express enough my familys complete satisfaction with the entire process, especially the final product. Both LT and his staff were professional, thorough, creative, meticulous, and respectful . They listened to our needs as well as our concerns and always addressed them to our complete satisfaction. Now, after the completion of the project, LT Construction continues to be our first and last call whenever our house needs attention and service, whether it be a small job or something much larger.
