I had reserved a bounce house slide combo a month in advance. There was never any confermation leading up to the date of the party. The day before my sons birthday party there was no answer when I called to confirm the reservation, so I texted the number on the voicemail. It was then, only 12hrs before the party that they informed me that the unit I reserved was damaged and they could only replace it with a sub par bounce house. Never once did they try to reach out to me before hand, never once did they apologize, I believe had I not texted them, they would have blown me off completely. Luckily another local place came through for me last minute. Terrible customer service, terrible way to run a business. And I cant wait for the reply from the owner under my review, because you were rude and unprofessional in the conversation with me so I wont expect anything less here. Take your business elsewhere, this place isnt worth it!

Have all your party needs in one stop. From tables and chairs, tents and table cloths to games and bounce houses and water slides. They also have popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines even nacho cheese machines and pretzel warmer. So much more.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Cindy was very hard to get a hold of, sent over the wrong quote multiple times after discussing the changes with her and very disrespectful through the whole process this was all after we gave her a very large order for a christening a few weeks ago. We ended up canceling the order and going with a different company who was able to save me a good amount of money. I dont want to deal with a company who treats their customers with disrespect because they need to make a change to the order. Please think twice before using this company for any rentals!
