They are fantastic, had some 4th of July fun with my nails. Tom and Tina fantastic people. The whole staff is just great. They care about your nails. Highly suggest this place.

Pam and Thomas are the best!!!! They are incredibly skilled nail techs ! I never leave unhappy with my nails. I cannot recommend Golden Nails enough!!!

Horrible place the lady got up in the middle of my nails to take care of a customer and then she did my nails super fast with not a care in the world on how they looked.

This review is in regards to their eyebrow waxing service. I never write reviews but am in this case if I can help someone else. I have nothing bad to say about their nail service, but be warned about the eyebrow service. Went in with nice eyebrows that only needed the strays cleaned up and left with the skinniest lines. I’m incredibly embarrassed and feel so frustrated. I take accountability that I made a decision to get my eyebrows done by a nail place. I figured as long as I’m only waxing the far away stray hairs it was okay, but unfortunately it was interpreted differently. If I can help anyone else, please learn from my mistake and don’t let them touch your brows.

Tom is truly a “nail artist “. Best I’ve ever seen. Tina will literally give such a good pedicure I fall asleep in the chair. The whole staff is great, Highly recommend this business, they are the best in the profession!! Totally an overall first class establishment

Went here for the first time today after previously trying a couple other nail salons in New Lenox. I have definitely found my new salon! Tom did an amazing job and the shop was very clean! Most definitely recommend coming here!

I am always pleased. Great music...great atmosphere. I arrived one time just as they were preparing to close; I could not remember their hours.. the owner took me anyway!

Kim is awesome! I will forever go to her for my pedicures now. She does an amazing job and very thorough. I have ingrown toenails and she takes care of them for me, like no one ever has before!

Great place to come. I’ve been going to Tom for 13 years and I’ve never been disappointed, always gets me in at my scheduled time and even when I might not have an appointment. I have seen all technicians and all are very good. Very clean.

Kim is great!! Walked in to this salon feeling very welcomed and got a great relaxing pedicure. No rush or pressure at all! Asked to charge my Bluetooth and they immediately took it and charged it right next to me while getting my pedi. Tom is GREAT with nails. He shows you what a color or powder looks like on a nail instead of just going by a picture you’ll show him and he is honest. I advise to ask for Tom for nails & Kim for pedicures!! 5/5 stars for the first time coming here

Best pedicure ever at this place. Simply divine. I’m normally not a fan but my wife was better her nails done and I figured “why not?!”The lady doing it was a total pro!

I have gone here for years, and always have gotten the BEST service.

I got a full gel acrylic set there and it was absolutely beautiful at first, but then they continued to pop off yell I was doing things around the house. two weeks later I got my fill-in and now they have continued to pop off, I dont even want to go back there for them to take them off, so I took them off at home because my nail beds have continued to burn for over 3 1/2 days. So no dont go here if you plan to get acrylic sets.

I used to go here until I had one of their girls do my pedicure and she was very rude to me. She didnt smile and just kept pushing me to buy more services. And she was very ruff on my feet and didnt do a very good job.

They were very pushy to buy more services. They also made rude comments about hands, feet, and eyebrows. They are very rough and when I flinched on accident she gave me a dirty look. They didn’t ask how much money I wanted to spend on my pedicure or if I even wanted a manicure. The water was so hot I couldn’t put my feet in it and she wouldn’t change the temperature. I would not recommend come here.

My mother and I had an awesome experience at Golden nails! I had Tony the owner and my mom had his wife Dawn. Tony gave me the best pedi, I have ever had! He spent a lot of time on me and was not rushed! My mom had the same experience! She got a French shellac mani, and week 2, they still look pretty! My new go to Salon!!!!!!

I try to get there once a month for mani/pedi and I love all of them.

Went into golden nail to get a basic manicure and i was not pleased with my services. My nail tech did half my service standing up talking to incoming clients. The nail tech did my manicure in under 10 mintues when i asked was i done, i was told to wash my hand and never received an answer. I just ask the nail tech to stop because i was not pleased with the service.

He put way to much lotion on my legs and the water was very cold I would recommend not going here.

I can in to do a fill along with 3 other little girls who wanted to get their nails painted since theyll be starting school tomorrow the first she told me there was a 30min wait so we went to the shops around...came back and this time her excuse was they close at 4 mind you it was only 3:30 she was very rude and could tell we werent welcome at all.
