Fantastic personalized service. Ok, so any dry cleaners can wash and press a shirt or pants, its not something that is exclusive to one particular place. But service, that is another thing. What I like about net cleaners is that they know me. Not just my name, but they know my preferences with my shirts, and especially my sweaters. Its one of the intangible things that sets them apart from a lot of franchised places, and why I keep coming back. If you read any of my reviews, Im either critical or excited and seldom go in length and never give reviews on places that are middle ground. Net cleaners has earned my business on the cleaning front, but the people are why I am a recurring customer. I definitely recommend them.
