Ive recommended ServPro to my commercial clients in the past for restoration & water remediation and always heard very positive feedback. So, I contacted them for carpet & furniture cleaning when I recently purchased my home. The technicians were very professional, walked me through the process, got to work right away and left my new home looking & smelling better than I expected. They got rid of some stains on the carpeting and freshened up my furniture that had been in storage for a few months.I absolutely recommend ServPro not only because of the great job they did for me & my customers, but also because they are the nicest, friendliest group of professionals.

I was dubious. Our carpet was old and very well worn. It even had some pet stains in various areas. The best we could really hope for was ‘not as dirty as it was before they came.’ BUT THEY CRUSHED IT!! I was astonished at how clean the carpet was. They were on time, communicative, and service oriented. We’ll definitely use them again - whether the carpet is new or old!!

I had a pipe break in a rental house recently. I called servrpo and they got to the house right away. They got equipment to the house that day and did a great job getting it dried out properly so I wouldnt get mold. I couldnt speak more highly of the quality of work that they do and their professionalism. They even cleaned the floor since it got dirty form the broken pipe. It was like it never happened!

Called Servpro after my chimney was hit by lightning. Their crew came out tarped the hole, took care of all of the water damaged, and arranged a contractor to fix the roof. Workers were very professional and courteous. Worked with my insurance and made everything far easier than I would of thought. Since then I have called them to pump out and dry my basement after flooding and clean my carpets. I went from thinking about replacing them soon, to having them look great. Nothing but good things to say about Servpro of Frankfort.

They helped fix the water damage to my house caused from ice damming. They did a thorough job, including the demolition and drying of the wood. It was nice to have the plastic barriers separating the different areas of the house from dust and debris as well. I would recommend them.

The folks at ServPro of Kendall county in Oswego were awesome! Alex came out right away to assess and they were ready to begin the job right away. I was very embarrassed for people to come into our home and clean up the damage from sewage. They were wonderful! They were thorough, kind, considerate and they worked so hard. I will never forget them especially Karla and Simon they were the folks that worked from day one. Karla walked into our home and said, “ were going to get this all nice again for you”. Honestly, I needed to hear that so badly. Thank you again for helping us get our home back.

I had excellent service from Servpro Frankfort. We have a rental house in Villa Park that had sewer back up due to ancient infrastructure and rain last week. We have tenants in the house so needed immediate help. I called the 800 national number that connected me to a servpro in Addison, but they were extremely busy due to widespread flooding and couldnt get out for a few days. My insurance agent gave me Frankforts number and they came out the same day, and started work the following. They provided up front total costs (insurance wasnt covering it) and did excellent work exactly as quoted. Philip was our job manager and kept me in the loop the whole time and provided some recommendations for repairs on the basement.They have been wonderful to work with and will always keep them in mind for this type of work.

Folks please be aware of this company on 4thJuly weekend or 5 thJuly I’m not 100% sure but I realized it that Thursday evening that My basement was flooded so of course the next day I called my insurance company I filed a claim at the same time they recommended I call Servpro of Frankfort for them to come and get the basement cleaned up and get some humidifiers in there. So I called Servpro of Frankfort and I spoke to a lady and she assured me somebody by the name of John would call me this afternoon which was a Friday. Friday afternoon came around and John did give me a call and he came about an hour later and he went downstairs inspected the basement put some type of gadget against the wall and within a half a second said Yes you have water in your walls. He told me that he would recommended to start on this right away if I was interested he said he love to do the job I asked for an estimate he “ says it’s Friday by the time I get an estimate it will be Monday or Tuesday you really need to act on this right away because of the fact that the basement starting to smell and you don’t want the mold to start to form. So I said do you at least have a ruff estimate how much it is. He stated between five and 6000 but he doesn’t see it being more than 6000 not even close actually. So I told him I will speak to my wife and I will get back to him sometime this evening. After speaking to my wife I went back-and-forth on this I asked around and I even asked my agent one more time and she said yes we use them all the time I trust them. I wish I never took anybody’s advice and just followed my own instinct. So Saturday afternoon came around I called John and I said go ahead and do the job I trust what my agent has to say and he assured me that Sunday morning hed have a crew out there. So I had to sign some papers online I sent them over to him and he had his crew over at 9 o’clock in the morning. Id say they were done by 4 o’clock in the afternoon maybe 430 they ripped out everything in the basement including vanities the vinyl flooring and the baseboards with the moldings. They left 4 to 6 humidifiers and fans plugged into my electricity of course and they left for the day. The next day John comes over to inspect and he says he should be done in 3 to 4 days after I inspected the basement and saw what they did I called my Adjuster up and I told her please I hope you guys are not giving these people an open check. She assured me that once they receive the invoice they have another department that reviews it and they negotiate the price. So John comes over the following Wednesday and he says everything is good to go I believe he turned off all the machines and Thursday afternoon his crew came over and picked everything up and called it a job well done🤔I was told by John that they would label the baseboards where they would go Turns out that the baseboards were never labeled and to top it off the insurance said they were no good so I had to break them myself and throw them away. The insurance adjuster said they were no good and they were going to replace them. So Comes 31st of July and I receive an invoice From Servpro with no details just a number stating the invoice amount was $10,435.66. Also stated that they billed the insurance company however if I receive the check from The insurance company to kindly sign it over to them and mail it in the self-addressed stamp envelope that was enclosed with the invoice now mind you there is no details whatsoever on this invoice just a number that states the amount quote un quote for my records I took a picture of the invoice and I sent it to John and I told him how disgusted I was with his company and of course he did not reply to me but I’m not surprised.What I learned from this and please learn from my mistake is make sure somehow or another you get an estimate or something in writing stating that it’s not more than this amount of money I have a $25,000 max coverage they already took $10,435.66 of this which leaves me less than $13,000 to fix my basement After my deductible

These guys are pros from the beginning to the end. Im recommending them for any flood or fire damage remediation!
