I recommend highly!!!! J, Sue, Kelly, and Karlee and Nick... super awesome people to work with! They are very easy to get in touch with and they confirm all appointments! The trucks are always clean and safe...thank you for a great business that you have in our area.... and for taking care of your customers!!!! You will NOT get service anywhere else like you do here!

If I could give no stars I would its a hole in the wall and the people that work there are extremely rude trust me go anywhere else

They hose people on the weekends. Was told weekday rates are $30/day but Saturdays are $100/day PLUS .99 cents a mile gas! Was told Corporate sets this up deliberately. Im happy as a clam now that Ive gone with Budget - only $65 for the entire day WITH the gas (.59c per mile to boot). Also impossible to get on the phone with these people - avoid at all costs!

Terrible communication among staff caused massive confusion. They refused to honor their reservation. The worst part about the entire 3 phone calls that I had with three different staff was that not one person walked me through the sales process. I was asked by the first sales rep to shop around. I never was given a formal quote. Not following corporate procedures will doom this location. Save your time and your breath talking to people who dont want to sell you a truck rental and just go to the Monroeville Branch... Thats what Jay told me after he said simply we cant help you here Greg. This location is doomed for failure. Dont be a part of their failing process and do what Jay told me to do... Go to Monroeville, where they know how to do more than talk. I Was Referred To Monroeville and it was a piece of cake. I had a quote. I was called back. I was even asked to give then my credit card to hold the truck. Moments later I had an actual confirmation by text. Wasted too much of my time with three people in New Ken and to be honest it doesnt seem like they belong to this company. Because even though their hours say till 5 the lady told me we are closed at 4:30 Great Job New Ken guys you are terribly good at wasting my time. So I wasted some more of my time writing the only bad review on Google that I have ever wrote in my entire life!
