I had good luck getting a quick oil change here for a few years but this summer they really fell apart. Credit card machine was down for weeks (seriously), then they were out of synthetic oil when I did bring cash and this last and final time I went they didnt have toyota oil filters. I get the hint. They must want to go out of business. Wont be back. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but Ive pulled away too many times now. My fault for going back. I live close, thats why they got so many chances.

I dont like putting this in a review, but avoid this place like the plague. I have made the mistake the mistake of going there three or four times, mainly because its less than 5 minutes from home.There are 4 separate parts to this business. One is the pet wash, which I have never used.Second is the automatic car wash...it does not do a decent job. The first time I went there, I complained to the attendant about the poor job the wash did on my car. He said theyd been having a few problems with it and gave me a coupon for a free wash. I used it about 6 weeks later...it didnt do any better, and I didnt complain.Third is the 10 minute oil change. Went there once. They dont do a bad job, but they are a bit pricey. My main complaint about the oil change is that they guy who ran operation was very insistent about trying to push additional services, to the point of being obnoxiously pushy. That was one and done.There theyve got the self-service car wash bays. Ive fallen for the convenience of the place being so close to home a few times. Theyve got 3 bays, and it is a rare day when all 3 are working properly. Apparently, they do not empty the vacuums all that often, because each time I used them, theyve been pretty anemic. Also, one needs to pull into the wash bay before getting any change. The last time I was there, I broke my $10 bill (11 tokens), pulled into bay, and saw on panel where you select the different wash functions, there was a piece of tape stuck to the soapy brush selection that said not working, and another on the wax selection that said no wax.The other 2 bays were being used, with a person waiting to use each one. I was lucky enough to get the attendant (easier said than done) and asked for my $10 back. He said he couldnt do that because the other two bays were working just fine. He also said I should have checked the bay before I got my change, and that I could either wait for one of the other bays to come open, or I could come back another time, as the tokens are always good.I told him I was dont neither, and that I would never be back, and his response was suit yourself. Each time Ive gone down there, Ive sworn Id never go back...this time I know I absolutely will not. And neither should you.

I had my oil changed it seemed very fast. I dont think they changed my oil filter arent they supposed to. Its hindsight really. But Ive had bad experiences from other places in the past. Its just seemed super fast. Too fast to be real.

Jerks working in bay, over priced oil changes, charged $20 extra because of plastic shroud under engine bay and the free car wash, I had to go and rewash due to all the soap left on car! Stay away!!!

Paid for a $12 car wash only to have it shut down in the middle of the wash. When I complained and demanded a refund I was told I couldn’t get it because the owner wasn’t there. They allowed me another car wash begrudgingly although I firmly don’t believe that was the full service wash I paid for. I’ll never go there again. Also the marquee advertises as a Touchless Wash. That’s definitely not the case.

I am always looking for the best automatic wash in my travels and tried this out today. New Foamy Brush automatic the sign says. 24k gold wax the gold standard the sign says. Summary: there was no foam, no wax, no suds, no smell. This was a water only wash. I paid 12 dollars for a premium wash. The drying system operated for perhaps 15 to 20 seconds and was quite forceless. The brushes began scrubbing the car before even spraying the car. Can I have a refund??? This is certainly the #1 worst automatic wash I have encountered. Had to get out of my car and dry and and scrub the car for some time. Glad this is just a work vehicle.

Went to the dog wash part of this place. Water was cold. No soap in pet shampoo or oatmeal bath selection. Air dryer was cold on both gentle and super dry. Complete waste of $8.

Every other time I go there is some excuse that they can’t rotate tires, once the lift was broke - okay.... go back a month or 2 later and no problem, then just recently I pull in and they say the lift won’t raise my SUV....
