If you are elderly with medical problems or do not like to wait for LONG periods of time...meaning 5 or 6 hours for them to pick you up after youve called 4 times within the FIVE HOUR period to let the driver know you are ready, then I do NOT recommend this service. Our office called 4 times after the initial phone call and was told by a female driver that she was 15 minutes away each and every time. This patient was a precious little 75 year old lady and had nothing to eat or drink during this time but what we were able to provide after seeing her waiting so long. This is just wrong... Youd be better off walking than calling this company for a ride.

VERY HELPFUL PERSON

I am so thankful to this place. Not only have I needed them in the past, moreover, there are so many ppl that need them for so many reasons. They honestly need more donations and federal support to keep them operating for the better good of the poverty striken families that need their help.

Yhis ace is always packed and the personel always look like they are standing down wind from a huge heap of #2. Wait times r ridiculously long and i feel like i am barely heard
