Its like taking a child to a toy store. I dont know about you but, I have purchased toys for both a child and my pet thinking it was awesome only to find out they didnt like it at all. Pet Smart is a pet friendly store. The prices compared to the quality is great. The toys always last longer than the ones a dollar cheaper at Walmart.

My dog was groomed by Missie this morning and I have to say she is better than top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and a great groomer. The cashiers are friendly and quick and the store is well kept. We will be back for grooming for sure!

Went to Pet Smart in New Iberia, La this evening for dog food and a coat for my chiuhaua. He doesnt like winter. As usual we were greeted with smiles when we entered. There was a beautiful lab mix and his human shopping when we went in. He must be a regular. The clerks seemed happy to see them and told us this lucky lab goes on runs and bike runs with his human. I guess they learn a lot about pets when they visit the store. We love talking about our babies and they always seem happy to listen to us go on and on about our pets. We love going there to see the friendly associates as well as the great products. Cant wait for my next visit.

I was looking for help in treating a cats wounded paw. The woman who helped me was great in giving me advice on how to care for it. Plus she was cute! Very friendly and helpful.

Great costumer service. Store is neat and clean. Its very easy to find what I need. Grooms are also pretty good at what they do. Employees are always nice and friendly. Shelves are always stocked with what I need.

Well lite parking, easy in and out on to two different main streets. Very helpful employees, but unfortunately they where out of the cookie my puppy loves. Had to go to a different Pet Smart. Resonablely priced. Usually a good supply.

My husband and I went to this Petsmart to buy a pair of dog clippers and an employee there named Shannon was the best!! She spent a lot of time with us explaining the different clippers and which one was the best and why it was the best. She explained the return policy as well in case the clippers didnt work for us and she also helped us find grain free dog treats. I would highly recommend this Petsmart!!

They never have stock of either brand of the pet food we use! Ever! Dont even think about catching a sale...no stock! This is the only store within an hour from my house, so it makes it extremely frustrating that I cant ever actually get what I need. Whats the point of having a store in that location if you never have your product in stock??

Just moved to the area and have 2 dogs that needed to get groomed. Made an appt and when that day came I went in early and gave them the necessary documents for both. The written rabies vaccination from the vet was not good enough so had to have the vet call petsmart. When it came down to brining both of my dogs in they asked me if there were any conditions they needed to know about the dogs and I said yes one of them has seizures but is on medications. They immediately said they had to talk with the manager because their new policy is they cannot give grooming services to my dog with a medical condition. First off they should have asked me about the medical conditions when I brought the rabbies vaccination in earlier that day. One of the groomers proceeded to say I did not inform them. Well of course not because you did not ask. Im not a groomer I dont know your policies. Secondly of your company does have new policies all your staff should know them and when I made the appointment they should have asked me about the medical condition that first phone call instead of me making the appointment driving all the way there and then find out about this. I will make sure to not reccomend a petsmart grooming facility ever again due being unorganized, unhelpful and inconsiderate. Good way to loose cliets, also I do understand that you as a company need to protect yourselves ans have liability if so, then you can create a waiver form that states I do give petsmart permission to groom my dog knowing he has seizures.
