On 4-19-21, I went in the office to purchase stamps from the computer. The computer stated it could not print a receipt and asked to continue or not. I chose to continue. I purchased 50 Forever stamps. The computer stated it would have to issue 50 single stamps, but did not give me an option to cancel my order. 50 individual stamps were spit out by the machine. I would have canceled this order if given the option. I took the individual stamps to the teller and asked to exchange them for stamps I wanted. He told me he couldn’t or wouldn’t do this. He never explained why this simple request could not be done. Remember, I purchased these stamps from the computer at the Post Office five minutes before going to the counter and was not given an option to delete the purchase for stamps I didn’t want. I made a comment that this is why FedEx and UPS are winning this market. The teller had the audacity to say, “Sir, please.” Customer service is huge! If you don’t give good customer service, people will find other companies to deal with!

They are usually pretty quick but can have some long lines.

Was waiting for some car parts (no signature required- package have to be left at the door if no answer). Got home from work to fined out a paper in mail saying sorry, we missed you explanation I wasn t home . Went to see my outs camera, ther was NO attempt to even get close to the door or knock, the mail man was nowher at my door. Left a note at the door letting him know he was lying about the attempt and the signature requirement., on Monday I got the package and the note sorry, it was raining. My plans to work on my vehicle during weekend was ruined by a lying b$^^& scared of rain.

Refuse to deliver my package. Cant pick it up. It says it is put for delivery then an hour later it arrives again at the NI office. Its like the movie ground hogs day.

Why is it so hard to find my package and deliver it or better yet, just hold it for me to pick up.. but there’s no help here.. my mind is blown. Y’all gotta do better(Update)They finally came thru. Thanks, I guess..

Yesterday March 14, 2020 I checked my mail. I had 2 other neighbors mail. Ive lived here for 10 years now and they just cant get it right. I have called plenty of time to try to resolve this issue. Guess what No one cares.July 30, 31, 2020My out going mail hasnt been picked up in 2 days. I call but no answer.****Look where I found my mail.***Aug 2, 2020 My neighbor bought my mail from her box on Saturday Aug 1, 2020.

This is hands down the best post office I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The window staff is fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful! Kenny and Clyde make mailing packages an absolute joy!

Im disabled and I cant drive so I shop online a lot. My mailbox is at the beginning of my private road, my house is about1/8 of a mile down the road. Mail carrier refuses to bring my packages to my home for unknown reasons. My road is paved, UPS, Fed Ex, Walmart everyone delivers my packages except the mail carrier. This forces me to pay someone to drive me to the post office to get my packages. Ive complained numerous times to post master, nothing has been done. Its just laziness Mon to Fri not coming down my road, no other excuse. The young lady who works Sat brings my packages every single time with no problem. Its only the carrier who works Mon to Fri that leaves a slip and makes me find a ride to the post office for every single package.

Great customer service. The postal employees apologized to everyone in line because they were having to wait. I had an approx 5 min wait.

Wish I could give less stars...the employees here are so rude and I dread every time I have to interact with them. They also over charge on everything compared to other post offices and are straight up mean when posed with questions

This post office is HORRIBLE. This postal service is ran by a post master whose name is Linda Leblanc who I would describe as a very rude person to the public and her employees, she shouldn’t have the position she’s in as a post master. She creates a very hostile work environment, she’s known to create conflict between others. Linda Leblanc is a manipulator, she lies to customers all the time. If you’re not messy she’s against you. She’s a straight up BULLY. Who’s her boss because it’s obvious she/he doesn’t know what’s going on in her post office.

One of the carriers, we will call him DD, has sexually harassed and assaulted multiple Co workers and customers and the management, Sherman and Linda protect him. Linda Leblanc, the Post Master, verbally and emotionally abuses employees daily. She literally creates conflict, a hostile work environment, and chaos, just so she can fix it and look like she cares. She rides the accomplishments of her staff and takes credit for things that she had no part of. She is a pathological liar and should be removed from her position ASAP.

Costantly getting mail that belongs to other people. Giving my post office box that i pay for to other people. Never recieve important mail that Ive been waiting for. People in the back laughing and talking instead of doing their work hetting the mail out this is a horrilbe post office with horrible service. The post master is horrible to.

Operates exactly like the govt runs it. Plesently rude even when approached politely at the New Iberia office. Not helpful after shredding my mail then shoving it in a bag and dropping it off in my mailbox.

Im noticing for a long time now that all of my packages that i order and has a tracking number i receive, but packages that i order that doesnt has a tracking number mainly that comes from China or overseas i never get. Ive called the post office numerous times and its still happening but its being investigated and ive already gotten answers. Cant wait for everyone to see the surprise to whats been happening to them. Sticky fingers needs soap and water. Dont mess with the private eyes...

I scheduled a redelivery 3 times! No one seems to read the notes I wrote for where to put my package since I wont be home. I needed my package ASAP.
