Great health club. Been a staple in my hometown nearly all my life. Sabre & team are great.

What a wonderful gym! Thank you so much the for opportunity to train at Dynamic Health Club on a guest pass this week while visiting family. So grateful for the real step mills and real leg presses, hack Squats, and back machines that are typically lacking at the wimpy franchise gyms. Plus, all members and staff were so friendly and the facility sparkling clean 🤩

Ive been working for Dynamic 20 yrs. Loving the job and my gym. Were all like family!

Theres no dressing room. The lockers have a couch rather than waterproof benches next to them, as they should. The gym always reeks of harsh toxic chemicals that make one want to gag. They thing cleaning (rather fumigating with neurotoxins) is appropriate during the high-traffic time of 5:00 to 6:30 PM, right before the womens section closes. Its hard to call this a health club. The pool isnt kept clean most of the time. The gym claims to be 24 hours, but only for men. Women dont have 24-hour access to their side. Its hard to call the general section open anything but a mens section because theres only big equipment designed for men, which is why when I see women theyre almost always in the womens section. Youd never find things reversed where the womens equipment was available 24 hours and mens available only during a sliver of before and after work times; i.e. they pretend to be a equal rights gym but they couldnt communicate better that women are the lesser sex.

They are very nice people! They are open 24/7 if you join they will give a card so you can get in the gym. They have a pool, tan room, steam room, etc. They also do messages.

Dynamic Health Club is a great place to work out. They welcome all levels of fitness enthusiasts from beginners to advanced.
