Where do I begin? They almost lost a sale. The only reason they are getting 5 stars is because of the finance manager at Kia. Jordy, the Kia finance manager was busy with another customer, so to save time he sent us to Nissan to sign papers with that finance manager. I told Jordy that I didnt want an extended warranty and all this extra stuff. I just wanted gap. Well the finance manager at Nissan was throwing in all this stuff and was making my note way more than I wanted. By the end of the term, we were going to be paying $40,000 on a Kia Forte. My Fiancé was over and almost walked away. Jordy was amazing and listened to what I wanted and he even got the note lower. The staff at J P Thibodeaux Kia are amazing. Jordy and my sales guy, Chris were wonderful and if you go to Kia, work with them. By the way, we drove all the way from Gonzales to get this vehicle.

Terrible experience with pat minix and Greg daye, I ordered a 2021 fully loaded telluride sx with minix on 1/22/21 and was told that it would take between 90 and 120 days to get in. I called on 4/17/21 and inquired about when I could expect to get the automobile. I was told by daye that minix had never ordered the automobile. Good luck doing business with this dealership, in my opinion this is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and didn’t even get an apology for their incompetence. Needless to say, I’m not buying a Kia.

Although they didnt have the specific sunshade for my KIA, they were very courteous.

Brought in a new 2016 Nissan Altima S series for a bad rattle on start up was told they didnt have time to look at it.
