Amazing customer service! Alex is super professional and thorough. I dont even have to leave home, OAC Technology helps me from the comfort of home (wherever I am) with their virtual assistance. Alex was so patient, he talked me through every step to get my printer working with my laptop again. I never have to worry with these guys just a phone call a way.

The service we received far exceeded our expectations in quality, time savings, and price. The person who logged in remotely to set up our QBs on new computers was easy to work with and communicated really well with all of our team members. We had a previous experience with another company for the same setup and it took 3 days and thousands of dollars and left us with some weird glitches. OAC was done in 2 hours and everything is working great. We will definitely keep them as a resource for future use.

These guys are fantastic. We are a medium company (20 or so employees), moved our technology management to OAC 3 years ago. Weve moved offices, changed phone systems, updated servers, etc..... all with no downtime. Very reasonable pricing, fast service and a high degree of expertise.

The staff are all knowledgeable and get the work done well, but they are also very easy to talk to and get along with. Its great building relationships with people and organizations you know that you will use for years. I havent run into an issue that they werent able to solve, and theyre always willing to give recommendations to avoid potential issues.

I recently had work done on my Macbook Pro. I was at work sorting folders on my laptop when my screen shut down, rebooted, went to the start up and would not let me log in. I spoke with Jonathan Rans about my issue. He was extremely helpful in discovering the problem, apparently the logic board had failed, and due to the age of my laptop Apple would no longer make the repair. I was in a bit of a panic that I would lose all data along with pictures I had saved. Jonathan assured me that he would safely recover anything that was lost if that issue arose, but would replace my logic board in no time. The service was speedy, informative and the tech was not too hard on the eyes. My computer came back to me in superb condition and I have had no issues since. I would definitely recommend OAC Technology.

I operate a small law office where I help people file for relief under the bankruptcy code. Obviously I need a secure and functional network for my office with plenty of internet connectivity. I have gone to OAC Technology, and specifically to Adam Claude, for help and advice on my tech concerns for many years. He is the guy from whom I seek advice about what kind of computer to buy, where to get it, and what kind of security software I should use. On one occasion a few years ago. my system was attached by a nasty Trojan virus. Adam helped me get rid of it, and now that I am using the security software and procedures that he recommended, it has never been a problem again.

OAC has done the IT work for my Dads business and mine for about 9 years. Theyve always been professional and gotten the job done correctly! Weve used other people to help with various computer issues in the past. But the issues kept coming back up. Never again, everytime I call OAC they fix my computer quickly and right the FIRST time. They will make follow-up calls to unsure the issue is resolved. Their professionalism and customer service is unbeatable and they are my first call for anything technical.
