Ive gotten my oil changed here for almost 3 years and Ive always had good service. Theyre honest about what work needs to be done, and good at letting you know about preventative maintaince. Ive even had them tell me not to do work that I was asking them to do because it wasnt actually needed. I cant give better praise than that. Its not common anymore.

I needed a tire fixed ASAP from it getting flat and we came in and the entire staff was friendly and courteous. With me. They fixed it in record time and explained everything so that I would understand what happened and what they did to fix it! Best place around! My car stalled right outside their business so I went in to ask for advice and without hesitationhe came out, took a look( I ran out of gas🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️) and gave me enough gas to make it to the gas station. Definitely a lifesaver and I will come back as a paying customer!!

I would give them 0 Stars. Had an appointment for an alignment on my truck. The guy told me before even pulling my vehicle in that it would be more than the alignment that something was bent or broken even asked if I could leave it. I have a personal mechanic that had already checked things out on it and said I only needed an alignment. Needles to say I left. Re had my mechanic look at it still nothing wrong. My mechanic went with me to another wheel alignment place with real honest people and lone behold all I needed was an alignment. Which I saved money on was less then Midas. So it was a win win. I would never recommend this place. Be careful seems like they try to get over on people.

I called at 1 pm with an issue with my vehicle’s muffler. I dropped it off 20 minutes later and within the hour they called me back with a quote to replace it. I know this service might’ve been inflated in price but they got it done by 5:30 pm. It was worth the price to have peace of mind. Thanks to the team at Midas!

They staff is very efficient

Ive had quality of service issues in the past at this location such as not topping off fluids nor going over their inspection reports after they realized I wasnt buying any of their additional services. The final nail in the coffin was when I did show up 10 minutes late and they told me it would be an hour hour and a half before they could see me despite having five bays, and consistently taking an hour to perform a 20-minute oil change. Ill take my business to another Midas where I at least get properly inspected or to a Valvoline where they can get me out in a much more reasonable time.

I have wiper blade stopped operating while commuting to work on early morning, I see nearest auto-shop was Midas and thought stopping you.Mechanic Mike worked on my car and believe me it was the quickest and efficient fix he did.I fee this place does care about customer experience and tries best to make customer happy. I will highly recommend this place.

I went in there and explained how the car sounded like. They put a die in the oil change and charged me $150. So they asked me to bring the car back after the die settled and they didn’t find any leak. So they put the car on the lift and seen my driver rear tire had cupping. They didn’t even took the car for a test drive to absolutely know what was wrong with the car. Instantly quoted me $1200 for a tire and strut assembly replacement. Being pressed for money I contacted another shop near my apt and they told me my struts were absolutely fine. The reason for my howling was the wheel bearings. Don’t be fooled by the fake exterior they display. They’ll finesse you.

I absolutely love these guys. Locally owned, customer service is ALWAYS top notch, technicians are Blue Ribbon quality. I was referred to Midas about 10 years ago and my wife and I let no one else touch my vehicles. Nathan and his team are honest, prices are reasonable, and quality is always high. Ive been going to this Midas for 12 years. I have since moved to where the drive is inconvenient but I will still pick Nate and Lee over any one else for my vehicle and my familys vehicles.

I’m very disappointed in there service! The technician explained to me what needs to be done and I told him ok go on and do it and when I get back to pick up my vehicle and pay the tech he then explained to me he only did the back router not the front which was not the agreement he was supposed to fix both! Never again will I ever go there and I feel like cause I am a woman they took advantage of that!

I was really nervous about having my teenage daughter drop off my car for my breaks to be done. I was experiencing the typical grinding noise, so I knew it had to be my breaks. My fear was that someone would try to screw my daughter over and tell her a hundred things that needed to be fixed/replaced. That didnt happen - not even remotely. In fact, he showed my daughter that one side was worse than the other and the ok side could possibly wait if need be. My daughter chose to just do both since it was propped up and she was there anyway. She was treated fairly and well. The job was quick and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will gladly be going back with any other car issues that may arise.

Ive been here a few times. Bought four new tires a few months back, and they were leaking. Brought the car back in, and fixed for no charge, which is how it should be.

I stopped by for my annual oil change. Nate and the crew at Midas have always done a great job at a great price.

I had my car towed in after it died while I was driving. My car had been indicating that it was low on oil. I just had an oil change done at Midas just about a month prior and I only drove it 1 or 2 days a week. I brought it in to have the oil checked. The manager said he would take a look at it. He did not say he was going to go through the entire engine and charge me 130 for an inspection. It’s not the amount of money that really upset me. Initially it did, but then what really upset me was how this manager behaved. He was a straight up jerk who did not care about what I had to say. It was just poor, poor customer service. The other manager was very accommodating and friendly when I had the oil change done. I really thought I had my new repair shop picked out, but as I told this manager, I will be giving bad referrals, bad reviews, and I will never go back because of the way this person treated another.

Quick service and reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and is more than willing to help educate customers . I go there for all of my car troubles.

I had great service. Everyone was friendly and they did just what they were supposed to do and did it well.

I took my car here because I had a coupon for an oil change. Well, that coupon ended up costing me $300+, because when I brought my car back to my regular mechanic, he said that the oil plug threads had been stripped. He was the one who had changed the oil the time before, when it was perfectly fine, and the time after. Midas was the only one to touch it in between. He said that this is unfortunately not uncommon at the quick lube places. Lesson learned. Never again. I just wish Id known the real cost of the coupon beforehand.

Took my vehicles to Ford dealership yesterday for the works. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid fill, inspection of vehicle. Took my vehicles to Midas afterwards for the Uber inspection and we found out one car had a leak from the oil cooler, another car needed rear brakes. All immediately after ford dealership said nothing wrongGREAT CATCH MIDAS. Thank you Lee and Nate. You saved us from possibly something far worse than that ford dealership.Joe and Carol V.

Ive been going to this Midas for 2 decades. They always do a good job on my car and treat me nice. I trust them to honestly tell me the best needs for my car.

On Friday May 1st I called and spoke with a man named Lee. I asked Lee what does a brake inspection entail?He said we remove the tires, we look at brakes, rotors, piston, caliber etc.I asked if he was able to look at the screws and and bolts he said yes.I asked if any appointments? He said if I brought it in the am that at some point he would get me in on Saturday.Brought it in on Saturday and explained that my car makes a couple of noises as well.Received a call that everything was fine just needed lubrication and that they didn’t need to remove the tires to inspect.To sum everything up-I had an issue with the back right stud and informed him of that.Asked if they could break. He said he wouldn’t let me leave without replacing. I asked him how much.He said he would call back. That call took place a little after 2pm. They close at 4pm. No one ever called me back.I called and spoke with Lee on Monday.And they quoted me $220.00 to replace one stud. I asked if they would price match Tire Plus and he said no.Also, Midas didn’t mention any of the repairs that were needed that Tire Plus said I needed.So who do I really trust? Neither. They will both receive a star rating of 1, and 0 if it was possible.All I wanted Midas to do was inspect and inform me of their recommendations.I am an essential employee and need my vehicle to get back and forth to 2 different employers and my third employer (I only work the 3rd employer once a month typically).My situation is complicated but I was willing to pay for all repairs had they can with a throughly inspected vehicle quote.But because previous work was done somewhere else he told me he was not going to inspect someone else’s work because he wouldn’t make any money off it. Although I informed the tech on Saturday that I believe there is something really wrong with my vehicle.I know they would have made plenty of money off my car. I just need them to inspect. I am concerned about the ability of the operation of my car. But as the tech explained to me on Saturday be mad at the person who did the work before me.Now I have no where else to go and am too tired to keep looking.I haven’t had a vehicle since Wednesday which means I have to get rides which puts my heath at further risk due to Covid-19.Maybe other customers will have better luck than me.Everyone take care, stay safe and be blessed.

Great experience. Heres how it went. I used the online scheduler on a Thursday. Set appt for Friday morning. Went in and talked to Lee. They asked me more about the issue and assured me it would be resolved by the end of the day and they would call to confirm repairs soon.. Within a couple hours they called me back and explained what needed to be fixed and the cost. After confirming the repair they said they would call back and let me know when it was done and it would probably be about an hour. In less than an hour it was done. Picked up car and was out of there. I have had many horrible experiences with car repair and this was not one. I come from a family that has been in the auto repair business and I can say that I will absolutely go back to this shop. While this was not really anything to crazy as far as a repair goes(brake issues) - - - customer service and constant communication with the customer is so important and they nailed it.

I actually would give a 0 rating. These guys should be sued - totally dishonest and operate a scam. They will tell you there are things wrong with your car that are actually fine just to profit more. I went in to change the bulbs on 02/03/2020 on my brake lights and they told me it’s a wiring issue that would cost $70 just for the diagnosis and $200+ to fix the actual issue. I then took my car to my dealership and was told that it was just the bulbs and that cost me just $120. They totally ripped my dad out of thousands, too, because they never really fixed the issue with his car and he needed to repeatedly go back until he realized that they were causing more problems than helping.DO NOT GO HERE.

I drive to for Uber and this place is one of those Uber has certified to do inspections. Okay, so I walked and there was a bald guy at the front desk. He appeared to be reasonable when he said I wouldn’t pass inspection due to a cracked rear corner light cover with some tiny scratches next to the rear light. But then I got annoyed when he started going around my car and said, “this, this, that, etc” you wouldn’t pass because of the rock chip scratches on my front bumper. And I was like, “I went to the other Midas and they said even with a cracked rear tail light I could pass if the light is still working or replaced” but no one at the other Midas store mentioned anything about the rock chip scratches from regular driving. I think he took his job way too serious to the point where he just takes things to his own personal opinion.I can’t recommend this place.

Went there because my heat shield was loose. They rigged it with a zip tie and called it repair and secure which it is NOT. This is why I had to look up under there myself to see what they charged me for. PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SHOPS DO NOT DO REPAIRS LIKE THIS! I would not recommend this shop to anyone!! Consumer beware!

I took my daughters car for a exhaust problem. They were very pleasant and polite on the phone when telling me the problem with quotes. Also alerted me that the car needed spark plugs.They had it completed the next day.Very nice and efficient.Thank you for a job well done.Heidi

All I wanted was an understanding of how to take care of my car better and the things that needed to be taken care of. The prices are nice but customer service is just as important to me and they need help in that department . I dont appreciate the staff here at all. I will never give them my business again.

My car tire got very flat on the passenger side while I was driving home from work, I managed to enter Midas yard and I asked the manager to please change my tire he said no we closing in 2mins/4mins. I asked him to plz allow his employees to put air in my tire he said u will hv to go somewhere else or across the street cuz we close, I beg that manager like a child just for my safety in the snow he was so mean & aggressive in his tone just to add air to my tire. I told him to look up my info in the system cuz I change my car oil in this place he told me nope I should leave with flat tire in a bad weather. I later saw an employee who changed my car oil the last time I went in, this young guy had more empathy for me than his manager he came n help me out. I don’t kn if I can take my car there again bcuz the tall bald headed manager didn’t care about his customer safety in a snow or bad weather, very bad customers service.

I have been a customer of New Hope Midas for about 7 years. They are excellent. They are very honest, and will tell you if something needs to be fixed right away, or if you can wait a bit. I have always been very happy with the work they have done for me. They stand behind their work.

Dishonest Unethical Cons!They ripped me off for $50!!I had an appointment with Precision behind them & didnt realize there were 2 mechanics shops there. Instead of informing me of this & that I did not have an appointment with them, they took my car, charged me $50 to check it then quoted double what Precision quoted me to fix it. I later found that my appointment was NOT with them so I had to pay them on top of Precision cost to fix it. That was Nathan by the way that was responsible for that transaction. Dont Go Here. If you want dishonest people working on your car who will charge DOUBLE what other mechanics are charging, ask for Nathan at Midas

They did an honest evaluation. Where others quoted a complete muffler and tailpipe replacement they fixed it fo under $200 and a very quick job of it also

This is the worse place I have ever been please all uber and Lyft drivers that needs car inspections please dont take them to this place they will check every inch of your car just to make sure there is no a single broken piece even if is just regular car.

The most honest shop I have been to in a long time. I had a receiver hitch installed by another shop too far away to return to once the exhaust started rattling up against it. So I googled exhaust places close to home and found this place, made a call and asked if they could fit me in. 15 minutes later I arrived, they took me right in and within 10 minutes they were done. All they had to do was bend one bracket and the best part... they didnt even charge me! I know where I will be taking my cars from now on!

These guys are fabulous. I had a recurring problem. They fixed the obvious, but I still had issues. They gave me a loaner and kept my car till they found the underlying cause. Pleasant people and didnt nickel and dime me to death trying to figure it out.

Not a friendly customer experience call. I would not talk with Nathan! We use to bring our cars to this location and to my surprise the mechanic we liked is no longer there. If he hadnt been so rude on the phone I would have brought in my Denali in anyway. Calling Minnetonka instead!

I recently have had a couple surprise run ins with Quinn and even when he wasnt supposed to be the one servicing my car, he would make sure everything was alright. Today, he went out of his way to try and fix an electric error that occurred coincidentilly right after getting an inspection and driving off. He helped me out for over an hour trying to solve the problem including multiple different tries. He is a quality employee and the New Hope location is a highly professional and pleasant place to do business with.

These guys did a great job!! From the moment I walked in, to driving off. Friendly & great service all around. I called them back, after getting home to tell them (jokingly) my tire came off and I needed assistance, they offered me a tow truck to fix the problem immediately. After realizing I was totally joking and was only calling back to see if they did did any work on windows, we all laughed and they told me where I would need to go. Needless to say I would not only go back but would too recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys! 😊

If you want an HONEST place to do work on your car, then choose New Hope Midas. They have gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Worked with manufacturer to warrant a just out of warranty part. This last visit had me check with my Chrystler warranty to make sure power steering hose are covered and provide me the estimate for them to have for the parts. This place is about providing customer service and doing a good job on their work.As long as Nate stays there, I will continue to bring my cars and refer anyone I know to Midas New Hope.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. I asked him a question about a part that his staff told me to get and his response was I should’ve know because it’s common sense. I don’t work on cars for a living and if it was so common the guy who had worked on my car prior(his coworker) should’ve mentioned it in his notes because he’s the one who told me to get this part. I will never go back and I will definitely tell family and friends to go somewhere else.
