Prior to the job Carlos gave me a time frame for the job and C & H started and finished the job in that time period. Carlos and his crew are easy to work with and very skillful. Carlos has a wonderful hard-working crew of Daniel, Pancho and Nemiso are first rate in many ways. They provided excellent craftmanship when installing decking, railing and trim on our porch. Polite, punctual, honest, reasonable and meticulous attention to details: such as time spent preparing the job site and cleaning up after a 11-hour work day. Not one scrap or lost nail could be found on the site after they did the final sweep. Highly recommended and I look forward to contracting them again for additional upgrades on our house.

He stopped by regularly throughout the entire job to make sure everything was going to plan, and that we were satisfied with the work being done. Having an older home we are used to contractors running into unplanned, minor issues when performing work. The few minor issues that Carlos ran into were immediately discussed with us in detail at which time we were given different options and suggestions on how to take care of them. Each minor issue was easily taken care of by Carlos. His goal through the process was to make sure we were satisfied with the work that he and his crew were hired to complete and we were! C&H Restoration did an awesome job on my siding. I love how the regatta and the grey tando stone look together. I could not recognize my own home how different it looks. Very professional, did a spectacular job. Crew arrived on time and didn’t hesitate getting to work. This company is a must for any home project. Hard working crew.....not only did they remove two dormers, the inside work to close up the roof is perfect. You would never know there were dormers there. Carlos and his crew initially did an (indooor/outdoor) emergency job for me in the coldest part of January when a vehicle ran into my 200 year old house and left a large opening. They were reliable, honest and trustworthy. They had full access to my home, even when I was not there, and there was never a problem. The job was done on time and well, and true to the age of the house. Since that time they have done several other jobs for me and I have always been extremely pleased. They just completed a foundation project on my garage and although I wasnt happy about spending money on my garage, I was shocked at the difference and am extremely satisfied. I will always use CH Restoration for all of my projects.
