Went her to get sister around that had been stolen and towed here after it was involved in an accident that we had no idea about. They lost the keys to the car. The lady at the front desk is, rude, and disrespectful. I asked her how the vehicle was not drivable and she wouldnt tell me then yell that it was in an accident thats how. My husband is a mechanic so I know at about cars I continue to ask her how its undrivable, she wouldnt tell me,, I asked one last time she said well the tire is on the ground sidew thats how.. As Im sitting here waiting for aaa to show up Im watching their tow guy back 3 vehicles into eachother pushing backwards the previous vehicle, slamming them into each other. Never use this company. They are horrible.

The person answering the phones at this company should know the city’s policies to de- escalate people who are upset about their car being towed. Proper information can prevent multiple phone calls. They must get a rise out of getting people upset. The City of New Haven should cancel their contract, their ratings are poor. Spend our tax dollars with companies that respect people and treat people dignity.

Went to go pick up my belongings and the lady in the front desk Monica Mullen was the rudest person ever. I tried being nice but she just was so aggressive towards me very horrible experience.

The woman who answers the calls and is at the front desk is foul-mouthed, rude and has no patience. I also see that it is not the first comment about this lady. It seems very unprofessional on your part, I recommend you improve your customer service. Thanks for the bad experience.

Monica is the rudest person ive met. From the phone and even worse in person. And not to mention that her reputation is horrible from other companies. People are paying you money anyway how about customer satisfaction, word of mouth gets around quickly as to how rudely people are treated .

Female at the front desk was extremely RUDE has no manners. I was just trying to get some personal belongings. She screamed at me when I asked for the price and tried to scam me and my father by giving us different prices. Plus BOTH pricing was over the top expensive!!! If I had the chance Id rate these unprofessional animals 0 stars. Learn to work with people.

Always a pleasure to deal with especially after having a bad day

Monica Mullen and Bryant Colon gave me the most Horrible experience ever. My vehicle was towed for street sweeping, they illegally gained access to the inside of my vehicle. Searched thru my vehicle and left the lights on. I have video footage of the lights being on and the lady Monica argued and showed the worst temper ever denying it. This place should NOT be in business, horrible customer service and I have video of our conversation of her yelling at me while Im calmly talking to her. If I could give negative stars to this place I would but they will get the 1 star allowed.

Rude and racist think they are better then anyone

The lady on the front desk is so rude and disrespectful. All I needed to do was grab my belongings and she began yelling at me. I tried contacting the owner but it looks like they do not care. It took me almost two weeks to get my belongings. Rude, disrespectful for no reason, the worst experience ever ! Acted as if I was going to steal my car when all I wanted was very valuable things inside the car. If i was able to rate it below a 1 I would !

Tow truck driver parked blocking the road when the street was plenty wide for two vehicles to drive side by side. When a line of cars formed behind the truck, he yelled at them that they had to “just wait” and they “could call the police, but they will never get there in time to do anything about it.” Then, instead of moving over a couple feet so cars could pass, he moved his truck diagonally to block the entire road. He wasn’t even towing the car, just needed to unlock the door.Called to complain to the manager and was not allowed to speak to the manager. Instead, the girl on the phone said “he needs to park next to the vehicle for safety”. When I asked why he would move diagonally instead of moving over when there was plenty of space, and why he would yell at the people he was blocking she said she would “talk to him”. When I asked to speak to the manager again, she hung up.I would give negative stars if I could.

Im shocked that the lady who answer the phone works customer service for this place! she was very aggressive and disrespectful! but I guess when your a tow yard and they have peoples cars they feel a need to be in control! Ive had work done on my car previously in Milford theyre honest and did a good job!!
