Still have not received my paper, I did the automatic paper delivery problem, then spoke with someone who assured me it would be delivered. They do not update and credit my account when they miss delivery. So I usually ask for a replacement which i sometimes get. I will not be renewing. This has been going downhill in the last year.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a SCAM!!! I tried contacting the company after being charged 3x for a 1 time payment, and to no avail. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, tried again and was put on hold again. Terrible customer service (barely any), still waiting to hear back from them from 2 hours ago.

Tried repeatedly to place a half page (for seven weeks!)ad couldnt get a phone call back and put on the daisy chain when I tried to call...wonder why newspapers are in trouble.... looks like i go elsewhere....

Subscriptions keep going up without notice, and quality goes down. Headlines are laughable and dont reflect national news. Many pages of paper are not even dated. Typos and poor editing. Overall, a disgrace of a newspaper.

Order their services 4 weeks ago and we are still waiting on this damn paper to get delivered.
