We rented a bounce house for my daughters baptism and it was the perfect addition to the party to keep the kids entertained!! The bounce house was delivered promptly and set up with ease. We also rented a connect4 game and our guests had tons of fun playing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process a breeze! This was the best decision to have the Luau bouncy house. They set it up the night before. Tom was really on top of the weather as there was a chance for thunderstorms and rain. They make sure to call you 2 days before your event to verify everything and to give you a time when they will drop off the bouncing house before your party.They set it up and clean it up for you. Bounce and Jump party rentals was amazing!!!We rented the Big Kahuna 17 foot slide and the kids LOVED it!!! For 4 hours we had a party with around 40 kids and they continuously played on the slide. It never got boring or tired. This gave the parents a chance to enjoy the party and socialize without having to entertain their kids. The company was efficient and professional and the whole process could not have been easier. I will definitely use their company again if we decide to have another party with a million kids😊😊

Recently rented a bouncy castle & two concession machines for my sons first birthday and all of his cousins would spend the whole day playing in it. The popcorn and cotton candy machines were a fun experience and easy to use. Tom & Steve were very punctual and friendly, to set up it took them only about 20-30 minutes. I have rented from Bounce N Jump several times in the past but most recently I got a bounce house for my daughters birthday on October 3rd. I reached out less than a week before my event and they were able to accommodate. Besides having resonable prices, the reason I keep going back and would recommend them to everyone is because of the amazing customer service. They were punctual, accommodating and extremely thorough with cleaning the equipment before and after use. Definitely worth every penny.

Absolutely loved this rental company. They came and set up early, so we got some bonus jumping time. When they came for setup they entered the bounce house and wiped and sanitized everything! We were able to secure a bounce house rental last minute for a birthday bbq for our two year old. We called and were able to secure a reservation quickly. They came at the estimated time to set up and wiped the bounce house down with a cleaner once it was inflated. They set up the day before and came the day after our event to break down and take the bounce house away. We were given extra time for free which thrilled my kids. We didn’t have to lift a finger and everything was clean. We were treated wonderfully and would use them again in the future. Highly recommend business.

We recently rented games, popcorn machine, hot dog steamer and cotton candy machine for an indoor circus-themed kids birthday party in Rockland County and we were very satisfied with their professionalism, diligence, punctuality, flexibility, helpfulness and courtesy. This was my first time using a party rental service and they made the process pretty smooth and as stress-free as possible. I have yet to rent a bounce house and can’t speak with confidence about those services yet, which is why I reserved one star from the rating. But if my recent experience is any indication, then I will definitely continue to do business with them and highly recommend them.

To start off, they showed up an hour In to my party and that was very disrespectful! Secondly, you do get for what you pay for. They came and the bounce houses were very dirty. With their little selection I would assume it would be easy to maintain a clean inventory but I guess not. I would not recommend this company for various reasons. One being little selection. Two being very late and having very dirty bounce houses. I was hoping my daughter would have a great day instead she didnt and you ruined here day. Also you have one bounce house with different banners and thats no selection at all. Anyone thinking to rent from these people I suggest you go look for another company Because any other company is better then theirs. Please save your time and go find someone else. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
