I’m not one to write reviews but here’s the exception. It’s rare today to find companies with a vested interest in their clients, but Systemedic is as genuine as you’ll get. Robert was thorough in providing both, clarity to a confusing array of medical bills, but also spending additional time to be informative. Their response is timely, and I highly recommend their services if you want concise direction!

After five months of working tirelessly to resolve inconsistent billing within a disorganized hospital system, Rob was finally able to resolve the issues more than satisfactorily. Throughout the entire process he stayed in constant communication and he never gave up trying to get answers. His rates were incredibly fair for the amount of time he devoted to the task. I cannot recommend both Sue and Rob enough if you ever have insurance or medical billing issues that need attention.

I contacted Rob at Systemedic to get some advice about an EOB which totaled to over $25k in charges. He listened to my distressing call and coached me on how to talk to the predatory providers. He was extremely knowledgeable of medical billing procedures and explained that what they did is fraud and how I wouldn’t be responsible for a penny of it.
