Never knew sending something via registered mail could take 2 1/2 hours.Classic governmental incompetence.

Not, quite sure why this place has a rating of 2 stars but I have only experienced nothing but great service but hard working people, especially during the holidays!

Whoever does their deliveries on Sunday is definitely not doing their job. Had a package scheduled for delivery and got a notification saying delivery attempted, couldn’t access the driveway or front door. I live in an apartment building where the parking lot is always accessible, and so was my door. This is not the first Sunday where this happens. Last time apparently the address was wrong.... the same address I always use.... this is ridiculous. Get it together.

Friendly staff, but low thruput on line (slow line), I would encourage people to prepay their postage to reduce lines. Because lines aren’t fun.

I just moved up here and were having SO MUCH TROUBLE getting all of our mail and packages delivered. They constantly scan things incorrectly, literally throw packages at the door rather than even attempt to knock or ring the bell, and are just overall horrible.

One of the worst run post offices Ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. Theyre a disgrace.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Beyond horrible experience trying to mail a package to my friend. Guy behind the counter was rude, nosy, and extremely unhelpful.

Since July 1, 2018, I have received 5 damaged pieces of mail: bent photos, liquid leaking from boxes, etc., and no response from office.
