The wax technician was very professional and made me feel comfortable my first time there.

I started going here when I was 14 years old and am about to reach my 5 year mark! All of the waxers make you feel completely comfortable during your session and are super friendly. I have never had an issue with them at all and completely recommend going!

I got my first brazilian done here with Amanda and it went really well!! I was scared walking in because I didn’t know what to expect but Amanda helped me feel calm the whole time and got me through it with almost no pain!! Definitely recommend EWC and am definitely coming back :))

I had my first wax experience for Brazilian, arms, back, upper leg area & stomach at this location for the first time with Jamika & Yaselis (hope I spelled her name correct). Jamika was excellent! She was efficient & explained everything to me in a great fashion. Made me feel welcome and extremely comfortable with her. She spoke to me throughout the wax( which helped me get my mind off of the pain for the most part) and was getting to know me and vice versa which made me way less nervous about being almost nude near her lol. Same with Yaselis who performed my Brazilian wax & legs. Made me comfortable by walking me through it & asking me to breath in & out and would count to let me know as well. The receptionists were all nice & accommodating. If you go to this location, request Jamika or Yaselis. Both are great!!

The European Wax Center is great. Eyebrows, chin and lip wax is quick and for me painless. They use a warm wax and remove it by hand without using the pieces of cloth. The staff is friendly. The center is clean. Ask for Melissa.

The service and the whole experience is amazing. Angela at the front desk, Meredith and Kelly the skin care experts, everyone is amazing. The results from the waxing are excellent and ever since I first walked in Ive been hooked. The prices a a little high but the typically have packages and semiannual discounts that lead to significant savings. They also have an excellent rewards points program. What makes me happiest are the girls, Meredith is so knowledgeable, Angela is very friendly and Kelly has so much energy! Basically I love it here, end rant.

Love European Wax Center of New City! Was recommended by a friend years ago and I’ve allowed AnnMarie to work her magic ever since! Who would have thought you can get so close to someone during what can be for some a very awkward experience (Full Brazilian service). Is it weird that I’m unbothered by the whole process?! Of course there is the initial “ahhh! Why do I choose to do this to myself feeling” but the waxers I’ve seen make the experience super comfortable. Again, I try to see AnnMarie as much as I can because that’s MY GIRL! There are times, however, I’d need something right away and I never mind who I end up with... they’re all great like that! Front staff are also really sweet and helpful. Great group of ladies! Do not hesitate to book!

Always great service here. I used drive an hour to see Lorie for my service until she left. Now Im with Gabriella and am very pleased. Not to mention shes super sweet and funny. Looks like Im back to driving an hour for good service!

Brianna was amazing! It was my first time at a European Wax Center and first time getting a Brazilian, and Brianna made me feel so comfortable! I would highly recommend going to see Brianna especially if it’s your first time since she knows how to put you at ease and feel good!!

The waxer is professional and does a good job. However the overall experience is not what I pay premium prices for, from the girl at the front desk having a spread of strong smelling food in front of her when I walked in, to the lack of customer service regarding the app and online booking service. When I paid for 9 sessions, I specifically asked if I could make my appointments online. I was assured I could do so quickly and easily. I rescheduled my second appointment online, and then got a call from the location. When I said no Ive rescheduled that one, she said oh if you do it online it doesnt always work. I would say the services are okay but youre paying a premium for a mediocre experience

My first time getting a Brazilian! Yes I just said that. I wanted my first time to be somewhere nice, and this definitely is. SUPER clean, everywhere from the reception, the waxing rooms to the bathroom. It has a nice feel to it. I was made to feel comfortable and not awkward about my first time. I had a super sweet aesthetician named Haley. They have good prices and I would definitely recommend this over getting a wax in a nail salon.

I was always slightly afraid to get a waxing but a friend recommended coming here. It was clean and everyone was super nice. Pricing is also very affordable.I saw Maria and she was super nice and took away all my fears and really connected with me. I was in and out in a little under 15 minutes. Definitely will be coming back.

Very sanitary! Thats my number 1 reason for always choosing EWC. Love that they dip with a different stick every time! Wax specialists are always friendly, prompt, and efficient! I recommend!

I have been going here for about over a year. The facility is very well kept. Receptionists are nice & friendly. My waxer Kelly is the best! Kelly is professional & personable. Her work is always precise, quick and thorough. Its always a comfortable and pleasant experience. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I love this place! It took me years to find a friendly, clean place to get waxed. I havent been anywhere else since my first wax here. From the moment I walk in I am greeted by Anneliese at the front desk. She is always smiling and polite which is a great way to get started. This place is clean and smells fantastic and it isnt long before AnnMarie comes out to walk me to the waxing room. she is also always smiling and friendly and asks what I want before she gets started, and actually does what I ask. I have yet to have a negative experience here and will continue to go to the New City European wax center for all of my waxing needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience.Very professional, clean and accommodating. I had a scheduling conflict and needed to reschedule, and then ran into a secondary hiccup once I arrived at the salon. They were willing to work things out and at the end I left a very pleased customer. Maddie worked quickly, and I was very comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!Thank you for handling everything so wonderfully ladies! Ill see you for my next cleanup!

This was my first time EVER having a Brazilian, so I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. Ann-Marie was my waxer and I could not have asked for anyone better!!!!! She talks you through the process and she chats you up to take away the jitters and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed!! Pain was bearable and I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. I would recommend her 100% in fact I already booked my next appointment with her.

I always go to EWC in new city for a Brazilian only because of Stephanie. She is literally the best waxer there. I’ve been to a couple different waxers there and no one compares to her. She get everything takes her time and no pain. She’s awesome i recommend her to anyone.

Ive been going to European Wax Center,the New City location for 4 years now. I LOVE THIS LOCATION. The service is AMAZING! Im not just saying that because I love the girls there,but because Ive been to other locations and the service from the door till the end of your visit will never compares to the, New City location. My waxer is Ann Marie, I would NEVER change for anything. She so nice and patient. My Ingrown hair has stopped completely since Ive been with Ann Marie. Jamika is my 2nd waxer, shes also great. She gets every hair removed depending on the service your getting.I thought I never had eyebrows,until Jamika did my eyebrows. Ive been getting them threaded for years and been doing myself a disservice. I now finally have the eyebrow Ive always been trying to achieve. While waiting for my waxer to come out in have the great pleasure of talking to Gio who is the manager and Alexis. Its really nice to see woman uplifting every chance they get and bering genuine about it. The own is really nice and she honestly be a spoke model for European Wax.
