Working with Dave Zigler was a great experience. This was the first time I have had to engage with a structural engineer and I have to say it was smooth. Daves team is comprised of a bunch of great engineers and planners. Pricing is fair and our engagement was completed on time and on budget.

I emailed John Atzl requesting a survey inspection to be done on a home I was purchasing. It was a last minute request and I was pressed for time as closing was in 24 hours. I stressed to John to please see what he can do. John was able to move his schedule around and get a fiekd tech to go out to the property. He emailed me at 8:30 the next morning asking for my title company address and within an hour I had what I needed.Thank John for coming through in such short notice.

Horrible customer service. Never called back as promised. When I called to follow up I was reassured someone would call me first thing the next morning, and again no call back. I called yet again and was made to feel I was bothering them by calling. I was then told they are to busy for me and suggested I call someone else to complete the survey folIowed by hanging up quickly. I guess residential work is not good enough for this company.
