My workplace uses XSolutions. We have some restrictions on what the common user can do so simple things like updating a graphics card driver requires admin rights. I submitted a trouble ticket at 8:01 AM via email this morning to get this driver updated and received an IM for the issue by 8:04 AM. I know I could have easily done this myself, but the fact that they were so quick about solving this case made it not even seem inconvenient that I couldnt do it myself.
