This year we finally decided to remodel our very dated kitchen. We couldnt be happier with our new kitchen thanks to Royal Kitchens & Baths. We checked around a bit but Royal was the only company that made us feel comfortable about such a large project. Vinny, the owner, was warm and engaging and constantly made sure the project was proceeding as expected and also provided fantastic insight in to design elements. Joe, our designer, tirelessly worked with us over many hours to make sure the design was just as we liked it. Matt, our project manager, was on top of things every step of the way and was in constant contact with us letting us know who would be on site each day and what they would be doing. And the crew was very professional and did exceptional work, with attention to detail.Royal Kitchens & Baths provided a fully integrated design build experience. All work was done directly by the firms own employees or with fully managed sub-contractors. We did not have to worry about anything, Matt managed it all and made sure the right people were on site at the right time, in the right order, and kept everything on schedule. We made numerous tweaks throughout the project and didnt have to worry about any miscommunication in what was to be done.During our remodeling a couple of other issues arose in the house; water heater failed, and found out we had a leaky roof that we thought had been repaired by another company. Thanks to a very severe storm at just the right time we noticed the leak before the new cabinets went in. Royal took care of both repairs at very reasonable expense and kept everything on schedule.Having been burned on past projects we were looking for a company that would be our partner in remodeling our kitchen, not just an outfit looking to make a buck and move on to their next customer. Royal Kitchens & Baths was the only firm that gave us the warm fuzzies about making such a big commitment and they truly were partners with us. We have recommended them to a couple of friends already and would not hesitate to do so again.

We had our kitchen completely remodeled and couldnt be happier with the results. From the beginning, the owner, Vincent, instilled the confidence necessary in order for me to go to contract. The pride he has in his work and the importance of maintaining his integrity was a key element in that decision. It was evident that Vincent had his eye and hand involved throughout the entire process. The extra effort he put forth in working through the pandemic related delivery delays did not go unnoticed and I thank you, Vincent, for that. Peter was particularly helpful and patient. His design ideas and suggestions were very beneficial and necessary in wading through the many fine details and decisions necessary in pulling together such a big project. Matt was helpful as well. Both Matt and Peter were very accommodating, always, available, and I know put in many hours working on my behalf behind the scene. All of the contractors working for Royal Kitchens exhibited knowledge and expertise in their field and the end product is evidence of that.The MVP (Most Valuable Player), however, in my opinion, is Vincent’s son. He demonstrated ability and professionalism throughout the project. Vince Jr. is confident in the work he is performing, with the company, and the people he works with. He listens well and responds accordingly. His communication style is business-like, yet friendly. He also effectively explains the varied processes in a way the layperson can understand. Vince kept all the little and big details in front of him and when necessary brought all the pieces together. I honestly do not know how he keeps all that information inside his head. It is clear that Vince Jr. is quite able to perform many, if not all, the tasks involved in a kitchen renovation effectively and with the level of expertise that you, as the owner, would expect. In closing, I would like to extend my heart-felt thanks for providing me with the kitchen of my dreams!

When it came time to renovate our kitchen, we needed to find a designer who was able to step outside of the box and design a Kosher kitchen with limited space. After reading the reviews for Royal Kitchens, we decided to meet with them and see what they had to offer. I can honestly say that our experience was consistent with those described in the multitude of 5-star reviews. Vinny was very easy to work with, being both accommodating and, at the same time, able to provide guidance and expertise in both designing the kitchen and choosing materials and accessories. The work was completed in a timely fashion and with great care and high quality. Vinny went out of his way to make adjustments as needed and the end result was a beautiful and highly functional kitchen. The level of professionalism and competence of this company is exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any remodeling job.

It was a large project that involved a significant extension of the square footage of our home, yet every detail was planned before work even began, thus ensuring that everything went smoothly and on schedule. Quality lasts. Good design is timeless.When Royal installed my kitchen, my youngest was a newborn. Hes in high school now, and the kitchen is as beautiful and functional as the day we first used it. Not a cabinet drawer has sagged, nor have I ever second-guessed our layout. Vinnie took the time to tailor the design to our needs. The installation process was precise and professional. Advice about materials and appliances was comprehensive, balanced and spot-on. Response to any on-site in-process challenges were well-considered, timely, and elegant. Living in a renovation is hard, but the Royal professionals were unfailingly considerate of our familys concerns.Since our kitchen/bath renovation in 2002 we have hired Royal Kitchen again and again - for a master bath, a hall bathroom, and a built-in home office. I had my bathrooms redone by Royal Kitchens about three years ago, they came out beautifully. I recently had a problem in one of the and it was promptly taken care of.

From the word go Vinnie and team were exceptionally helpful and professional. We were guided step by step through the process of designing our new kitchen. Every decision was explained to us, the pros and cons, the costs, etc... Vinnie treated the kitchen like his own and was always careful not to spend our money as if it were endless. When construction started Max was very communicative, all of the guys were experts at their respective crafts. They never left a mess, treated our home as if it were their own, and in the end gave us an exceptional finished product. We would use Royal again and again, they are that good.

Royal renovated our kitchen 12 years ago and made the process SO easy, everyone was VERY helpful and kind! Over the years, weve called with questions and even the smallest of things like changing a light bulb, they were there to help EVERY time! I dont give 5 stars out easily, but Royal Kitchen & Bath, you deserve 5 stars!!!

We hired Royal Kitchen 8 years ago to renovate our kitchen and they did an amazing job.  We get lots of compliments. Fast forward to 2018 and we called Vinny to do a kitchen repair and it was done perfectly. Excellent customer service and they stand by their product.The service was prompt, courteous and professional.This company gets five stars from me! Thank you. Royal Kitchens created our kitchen in 2005. The previous home owner did not maintain the home and the kitchen had not been changed since 1969. Brown cabinets, brown appliances and red brick linoleum flooring...not very attractive...we heard great reviews from our friends and contacted Vincent at Royal Kitchens. Vincent took his time creating our new kitchen. Choosing the tile, counter top etc was easy since the show room had samples of everything. Installation was painless. Royal Kitchens has plumbing, electrical, tile contractors under one roof making the installation very easy. Customer service was and continues to be excellent. Recently a part broke on our garbage/recycling cabinet and Royal Kitchens provided immediate support even after 13 years! Vincent contacted the cabinet company and they are sending us parts under warranty. Royal Kitchens is your go to company for remodeling your kitchen!

Royal Kitchens just did my old (45 yo) outdated kitchen. From the moment I entered the showroom until the installation was completed, it was a pleasure working with them. Joe Rojas was the designer and it was a pleasure working with him in maximizing the space. He was able to give the kitchen so much storage and a wonderful fresh new look with custom cabinetry and a great design.I did use them for only the design, cabinets and countertops as I was hoping to save money. However, if I had to do it all again, I would have them do it all since coordinating with the contractors I used for everything else was a challenge. It would make my life so much easier. Their contractors seemed to work seamlessly with each other. Owner Vinnie has been doing this for many years and oversees each project so he knows how to make your project a happy experience from start to finish. Well worth it!!

Vinnie and Joe did our kitchen in 2016. Everything from the crew to the design was excellent. Even today, people comment on how beautiful it is. Its more than 10 years later, and Vinnie was more than happy to help us make a decision about a new appliance. I would use Royal Kitchens again.

I had Royal Kitchens renovate my kitchen in Sept. 1998 and could not have been more pleased with the result. It was finished within the time I was told it would be and within the budget I wanted.Recently I contacted Vinny because I wanted to change my appliances and he couldnt have been more helpful. From moving the kitchen sink to create more prep space to under cabinet lighting and the installation of a new two level bar in previously unused space were just a few thing they did to create one amazing kitchen. Royal Kitchens & Baths and Vincent A. Castiello worked on a complete remodel of our Kitchen and Den in 2010 and finished in time for us to entertain in our den and create Thanksgiving dinner in our new kitchen.Not only did they meet our deadlines but each and every request was granted within budget. Specific requests which included, lighting switches, moving chandeliers, and a terrific design which created a pass through to our dining room as well as a cabinet for baking trays, which allowed us to install of a 36 side by side Sub Zero which we wanted. The den had a challenging heating component which was satisfied by designing and installing a radiant heat system.We were and continue to be completely satisfied with the design and material used in this project. With a little care it looks as it did for our first Thanksgiving.I would not hesitate to use their service again. You get what you pay for it it continues to provide enjoyment to our family on a daily basis.

Royal Kitchens designed and installed my kitchen, theirs sales staff and installers were very professional. They made the process easy and we were not easy customers, we kept changing our minds. I had an addition put onto my house and added a kitchen so it was from scratch. Out of all the contractors on site, I would have to say Royal Kitchens was the only one who did their job as specified with 0 problems, i even asked them to fix work a contractor at the same time did as it was not to specifications. They gladly helped. My kitchen is beautiful with a crafty design touch, when people come over they are in awe of my kitchen. I am now having them design a kitchen for a small cabin i have upstate, as i tried to find others in area but was not happy with their sales staff. If you want a job done right with great installers call Royal.

To say that we are incredibly delighted with our kitchen is a total understatement. It is outstanding! From start to finish, our experience with Royal Kitchen was amazing. The staff held our hands through the whole process. Designing a kitchen requires a zillion decisions and the staff made it fun, rather than painful. We loved the fact that working with Royal Kitchen is “one-stop” shopping. This is a key advantage for my wife and I especially given that our schedules ware so busy. While they make sure that you get what you want, they made great suggestions and gave advice that made the design and functionality of our kitchen much more that we imagined it could be. In addition, since they are both the designer and contractor, everything worked seamlessly.In the past, we have had difficulties with other construction companies in that there were cost overruns and did not keep to the proposed schedules. Royal Kitchen was the complete opposite. They are not only true professionals but very, very nice people. From the owner Vinny to Kevin, Vinny, Jr., Matt, Max, Brian and everyone else, they were always polite, understanding and attentive to detail. Further, you always know exactly what things cost and when they will be done. They pay great attention to even the most minor details. I had a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen done by Royal Kitchens about 3yrs + ago., Im not one to usually submit reviews online but recently I called them to come out to check the dishwasher connection since we had a leak and someone came out quickly to check the water line behind the appliances for us. (it turned out to be the faucet, unrelated to their installation) I was impressed with that service so long after the job was completed so besides praise for their continued customer care Ill rate my experience for when the job was done.We removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room which gave an amazing open feel and to blend the two spaces into one, we added a wood floor in the kitchen to seamlessly blend the wood floor from the dining room into the kitchen. You can not tell where the original floor stopped and the new floor began! We added an island and had some discussion on the size thinking the planned one was too big. Vinnie assured us the island he designed was the right size for the kitchen and that there would be ample space for walking around the kitchen with his design. We trusted him and he was right. Its perfect for two stools and the size does not feel tight at all.I was most impressed with the timeline set and met. He started when he said he would and finished when expected. Vinnies professional staff were at our home to work when they said theyd be there and always cleaned up completely when done for the day. We were often not in the house when they were working on it and never had any problems during the approx. 2month project.I would strongly recommend Royal Kitchens and Baths. They are professional and thorough and do high quality work. All of the staff that worked on our project were even tempered, respectful and knowledgeable. At the time we priced our project they cost more than most but just prior we had work done to remodel bathrooms and although the final result was ok I was called at work almost daily with questions and came home to mistakes that had to be redone. It was worth it to me to pay more and not have the sleepless nights and aggravation I had had with the previous job and I am very happy I used Royal Kitchens because the work could not have come out better with smooth sailing though out the process.
