I am not one to endorse anyone because I am always skeptical of people and companies of their true motive. However, i must admit that PMI property Management represented by Andres has provided services beyond my expectations making this experience truly positive. I am fortunate to work with them and I am hoping others will be smart to use their services and enjoy the peace of mind that has defined my experience with them.

My family owns a building in Nyack and found PMI through Google search. Andres called me quickly and I knew within a few minutes we had found the right people. In the last year they have helped us immensely with the maintenance of the building and handling tenant concerns. Its like they treat the building as their own. They are helpful in suggestion solutions to problems before the occur sometimes. All this with very reasonable rates. We couldnt be happier.

My mom and I have been working with Andres R. since Aug. 2019. He is always friendly, professional, and knows about renting property! My family and I live out of state so we are really grateful that Andres has taken on the duties of managing their property.
