Drivers are nice. However I took the same ride twice and was charged differently both times. There was a big price difference. There was also a big wait time, greater than 20 minutes. Beware: this is one of the few bases that begin charging from the base (which is in Haverstraw). This causes the trip to have a higher cost than normal. Most people don’t think to ask the price because most places don’t have this surcharge. I think it is something they could tell customers when they order cabs.

Scheduled two taxi’s: one from Rockland to lower Manhattan, and then lower Manhattan back to Rockland. Service was prompt, and professional. Cars were very clean & drivers were good. Worth the cost!

Awesome job Prestige! We had a group of collage kids visiting NYC for the day. Prompt pick up and drop off as requested. And the return home, they asked for an extra half hour and there were no issues. Thank you for the point to point trips!

Not a reliable company: 1.) They dont arrive as prompted to the text message. 2.) They also dont call clients back to let them know if they are running behind or that there isnt any drivers available. 3.) Theres one dispatcher that is very rude when helping customers. I will not EVER call or RECOMMEND this cab company to anyone. I hope they figure this out or they will continue to lose business.

Crooks, charged me $15 to go from valley cottage(lake rd) side to route 303 slightly past the mall never again

Hung up on me when asking the price for three different towns from haverstraw to tomkins cove, tried to overcharge me 12 dollars from haverstraw to West haverstraw, then from haverstraw to tomkins cove and hafter hanging with up on me and saying theyre going to call police within the last hour, they said its up to the driver not the taxi depending on where it comes from, but when I called and asked they said something different and theyre a waste of time. They argued and tried to call the police when I lit their spot up.

Terrible company. I’m a consistent customer and they somehow manage to not only overcharge but take forever to get to my house. Lately they haven’t been picking up at all for not only me but other customers as well.

I use them because they are close to where I live. I do like the mobile app feature they have, where you receive a text from them letting you know how far away the cab is. Only downside, a lot of them dont speak or understand English and the one who answers the calls isnt the most polite. As another person said, he will hang up on you before you finish and you have to assume he heard you because he does not confirm much for you. And my suggestion for paying the fee is, take the trip one or two times to your destination, and ask how much each time, but stick with the lowest price for the same destination in the future and dont bother asking the driver. Just hand him the money and leave. If you dont know Spanish, chances are they cant argue with you anyway.

Horrible experience all summer. Would take at least a solid 20-30 min to get a cab even though when you call they say 5-10 min. Additionally, when you call to get a status update bc its been well over the estimated time, they lie to you repeatedly. Drivers overall are nice when youre eventually picked up but whoever answers the phones or runs the company is awful. Completely unreliable.

Driver was on time, super ⏏ gentlemanly and spoke English as his first language so he understood where I was going. Other taxi places didnt speak a lick!!! And he was hilarious I def will use them again, and ask for the same driver!

ZERO STAR. This company sucks. I spend a whole month taking a cab ride to my job for 6$ then they pick me up one day harassed me even before taking off that the fair was 8$ . MIND YOU I WASNT EVEN GOING 1 MILE AWAY !!!!! I gave mister brokey his other 2$ but I will never call this cab company again . I rather walk if there’s no other cabs available. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!

LITERALLY the worst ran taxi company ive ever had the displeasure of using. I only use them because they are close to my home but no longer. Everytime i call, i have to talk to the rude dispatcher who wont even let me finish my sentence before hanging up on me. I have to call multiple times some days just to get a damn cab......and that if they show up after 45 mins. Prices change constantly. Drivers cant seem to come to a consensus and charge $15-$20 per trip. Its a different number everytime. I can call an hour ahead and they will still take there sweet time to get to me as if i dont have anywhere to be at. Extremely inconsiderate, inconsistent, and rude over all. You guys are lucky to be getting 1 star from me when you deserve ZERO!!! Will never be using their service again until they get it together and learn customer service.
