Stayed home all day package said out for delivery. By 7pm. Didnt want to miss it since it was food that couldnt sit outside. Called facility the guy at 735pm said driver was still out delivering and to give him little while longer. That was fine. Until at 850pm then tracking updates that a attempt was made and they will try again tomorrow with a final attempt. I let my daughter ride her bike outside and no attempt was made. Shes been outside playing almost all day and never saw a ups truck.

I’m still waiting on my package that I order the beginning of this month. I need it for Friday this week. I’m trying to be patient and wait it out, but I have somewhere to be in two days and the outfits I need is the package I’m waiting on.

They lost my package and I had to make a claim. I was not informed about anything until i had to call them for them to tell me they cannot do anything for me. They closed the case without my knowledge and made and agreement with the company about the claim. the tracking information said it was at the New Castle warehouse. someone there either stole it or really was not doing their job. Poor service on their end. Plus nobody ever pick up the phone at that particular site anyways phone just keeps ringing.

Whoever delivers packages from this location to areas in Kent County, DE was too lazy to leave our package and stated a lie that the package was refused and then later stated the address couldnt be found after delivering Part 2 of the package 2 days later. These folks are super lazy and there is no excuse for not delivering a package to someones home. Now the package is being sent back to California when no one gave them permission to.

I went to pick up a package and for some reason they think its a good idea to only allow pick up from Tuesday to Friday from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. This was beyond inconvenient

Tried calling them 3 different days within the hours listed and outside of hours listed online, no answer or voicemail any of the times. Contacted corporate and they said my matter would be addressed in 3-5 business days. HR staff needs to do way better communicating with customers and potential employees. I was told to complete virtual training but was not sent the email needed and not given a line of contact to HR. So I went in for in person training specified by the staff, and was sent home to do it virtually again and finally was given a line of contact. I still was not sent email needed to complete the training, explained that to HR but was told to follow instructions given. The instructions required the email that was never sent. HR staff was not good at communicating throughout the process, and multiple employees past and present agreed.

I cant give negative stars. Ive called for literally hours each day. No one has answered the phone. Im trying to contact ups corporate so I can get the staff and manager fired. Why have a phone if you refuse to answer or list the wrong number.

Theyre working out of temporary trailers. They lost a $4k check that was sent to me overnight priority. I drove the 70 seconds from my house to their location. The customer service trailer is open 3 hours each night. I explained they had a package of mine sitting there the past 3 days. They acknowledged it was there but said it was lost and Id need to call customer service to open an investigation. I was assured their crack investigative team was going to descend on the property and locate my package LOL. Needless to say, I didnt hold my breath and here we are 2 months later with the tracking still reading delayed. I understand there are thousands of packages going through there on a daily basis but be honest, dont tell me your looking for it. Tell me to have the package reissued rather than have me wait months for you to stumble across my lost package. Thankfully I knew better and had a new package sent - through a different carrier.

I would give no star if I could. Working out of a warehouse& unorganized. If you have a 2 day shipping package that should have been delivered 2 wks ago dont go try to pick it up, wasted time! They arent gonna look for it!

Nice little spot out of the way in New Castle. Plenty of parking and drop off boxes, but they only have one automated machine so if you dont catch them at bussiness hours their can be a bit of a wait

This location is only good for people who work 9 to 5 jobs like myself...on a good day Im home by 7 and its nice to know I can run right around the corner and pick up my packages since they are still open. That being said I wish they were open for a few hours on Saturday.

Unorganized, waste of time trying to pick up my parcel, then told that its still on the truck. called 1800 number and they told me its ready 2 be picked up. people coming in 30 minutes later were served before the first two persons with the invoice to be picked up, after calling in.
