My mom has lived in Maple Heights for several years. We would highly recommend Maple Heights as a great place to live. Two large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large 2 car garage, and a full washer & dryer make living here easy and enjoyable. The neighbors are great and the grounds are well maintained. Recently, my mom needed some maintenance due to an accident. Michael was quick to respond (even on a holiday). He was kind and caring and we greatly appreciated his sincere help and quick response. Thank you Michael! Again we highly recommend Maple Heights as a great place to live.

Lived there for a little over a year and truly enjoyed it. Very quiet and the 2BR ranch condo was nicely sized, especially the garage. Any issues or maintenance items were quickly dealt with by Michael Mansour and Tammy. Loved the washer and dryer being in the unit. Just nice easy living. Very convenient to many amenities. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My mom has lived in the condos at Maple Heights for over 20 years. This past winter she requested to have her carpet replaced. Mike Monsour was very cooperative and understanding of her request. This February he granted her request. She now has beautiful new carpet in the bedrooms and gorgeous vinyl flooring in the hallway and living room. He also had all of the baseboards updated. Her condo now looks like a new place. The workers were very professional, neat and clean. Thank you Mike.

The Apartments are lovely and it is a beautiful place to live. Recently have been experiencing problems with a lack of maintenance. It was always good until recently. I have been trying to get the drain in my bathtub taken care of for over 1 1/2 months. I enjoy my baths. Even though I have asked nicely at least 4 times, no maintenance has been done. My tub is still clogged. I have used Draino and other products with poor results. i am not happy with this apartment at present.

After loosing our home to a fire, my wife and I were in desperate need of a clean, safe and comfortable place to live. After the disappointment of several previous apartments, Maple Heights Condos offered the greatest quality and cleanliness we were looking for at a very reasonable cost. Wal-Mart, Lowes, Gym and all our needs are within walking distance. Neighbors are all so friendly and the landlord Michael furnished our place in a moments notice. We have lived here for almost ten years. Have never had any problems with anything and if we do it is taking care of immediately. We thoroughly enjoy living here and feel safe and secure. Recently we had the pleasure of meeting the new owner and we are very excited to see all that he will bring to our community!!! Ive had the pleasure of living here and calling this place home for over three years. If youre looking for a quiet and safe place to live, you really should consider Maple Heights. The front office (Tammy and crew) has always been very responsive to any need that Ive had - and there were only a few minor maintenance concerns that needed addressed. Recently there has been an ownership change at Maple Heights. The new owner, Michael Monsour, has been really involved since purchasing Maple Heights. I see great things happening here in the near future. If youre in need of a safe and quiet place to live, close to retail shopping and easy access to 376 - check this place out.

Maintenance fee is a total SCAM. Property manager is in it with the property owner. They don’t cut the grass, they don’t plow the snow, basically they don’t do anything! They keep putting letter in your mailbox about how the fees are going up and up and up, but they do less work. America today I guess. Biggest rip off I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m a doctor and not to brag but could afford anything. I’d rather live in the projects than give these people $1 single dollar.

We moved here eleven months ago and love our place! We bought our condo and have found that having the extra large two car garage really helped with downsizing. Betty loves having everything on one floor with the two full size bathrooms and laundry. We really like the cathedral ceiling in the living room with the arched high window that lets in the natural light. The master suite is huge with walk-in closet and full bath. We recently upgraded our kitchen with quartz countertops and a penisula island that we really like alot. We are planning to upgrade to a digital thermostat. And we are hoping to discuss how long one has to run the water until it gets warm. We hope that our development will continue to have improvements to be an upscale condominium complex.
