Paid 300$$ for my package to get sent to me I’m home waiting all day for the package on a Friday beau are that’s what my tracking info said…called at 8pm because I don’t want my package to be left outside form them to tell oh you have to make an appointment and they don’t open to Monday oh and you can’t get no refund because we don’t do that anymore they think by saying oh so sorry it will fixed things up

Trash customer service! These people hate their job and they are very miserable. I Was very sweet to 4 different reps and they both sounded like they were over life it self. No help! Just the run around. They all told different stories and did the bare minimum and contradicted each other.Wish more companies would just use ups! Fed ex some of your employees are giving you guy a bad look

Took great care of our personal pick up items!

Updates are no good. Package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and now it is Tuesday. Current status says “Scheduled Delivery: Pending”. No update since Friday. Called and customer service was nice but not helpful. UPS I have no issues.

Pathetic customer service and pathetic service. This is the second time my company has had to ship through this facility. We had a guaranteed delivery for next day and this location held up our shipment because it wasnt convenient for them to ship. The 2nd time I sent our on-site to physically load 2 pallets of material in their rental car.No issues with FedEx in general but every manager I spoke to at this location was rude and not helpful. They could give two sh*** about their customers.

Worst location. Locked when supposed to be open and won’t give you your package despite what the customer service reps say. Avoid and don’t waste your time

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. Im still waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday (today is Saturday and my package is now SUPPOSED to arrive on Monday). Ive made eight phone calls so far, two of which were elevated to a customer advocate, both of whom were totally useless (of course, you cant call the actual FedEx hub in New Castle to get things straightened out - that would be too easy). It all started with the driver LYING about trying to deliver my package last Wednesday and it went DOWNHILL from there. My package has been held for pickup twice (not really though), supposedly sent to a commercial pickup location 1/4 mile from my house twice for pickup (not really though), sent to a different FedEx hub 2.5 HOURS from the New Castle hub (and the New Castle hub is less than 10 MINUTES from my house) for a reason that NO ONE can explain (it spent a day at this remote location before someone there realized that the idiots at the New Castle hub sent it there by mistake), and now its been transferred to FedEx Ground from FedEx Home for delivery on Monday (NO ONE knows why this transfer was made either). Its certainly clear that a bunch of IDIOTS are employed at the New Castle FedEx hub. Who knows if I will EVER receive my package. Im sure that the next thing that will happen, will be that my package will end up being returned to the sender, and Ill end up with no package at all and days of frustration. And I thought that USPS was bad. FedEx EASILY has them beaten.

Used this facility 3 times to ship and receive an Upright Bass from Oregon and the office personnel were extremely nice as was the forklift operator - will be using them again in a month!
