Counselor didnt show up til the last minute then didnt even acknowledge our existence when she saw us pulling up to her in the parking lot. When we went inside she was nowhere to be found. After calling out for her for several minutes we decided to leave. The counselor text my wife 15 minutes later and tried to make her feel as if she was at fault. Stay away!!!

I cant speak for the others working there but Ive been a patient of Beths for 8 years and shes by far the easiest counselor to deal with in the 15 years Ive been in therapy.

Beth Held is an amazing counselor!! Incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone
