This place is a joke, took my car back a second time so they could fix it right and they didnt do a single thing they said. The day we set up for me and the body shop manager to look over my car together he called off.

Ron was very helpful. The work was completed as promised in a timely matter at fair cost. Very happy with my experience.

First time my truck came out there was some defects in the fresh paint and damage to the grill the was missed. Ron got the parts ordered, set me up with another rental car and got it fixed no questions asked and in a very timely matter. Stuff happens and things get missed, no one is perfect, but Ron took the time to make it right and thats worth going back too!

So, Lucille had a bad year; two hit and runs, while parked, and an over zealous dad driving a Uhual ate my quarter panel. Over the last few months, I have gone to a few places to get estimates and such, standard auto nonsense. Then I went to Preston and the suggestion of my insurance agent; I was not disappointed. Awesome service and a price that undercut the competition. If you have a body repair need, I would highly advise you consult the folks at Preston first.

I am giving three stars because I hit a deer 30 days ago with a 2019 Acadia and they have not touched it yet and I am going to lose my 30 day rental from my insurance company

I dont think Ill be going back here. Im very unhappy with what they did with my insurance company. I wont say anymore then that but will say Im not happy with them at all!! It was a big let down for me.
