I starting coming here a few years ago based on a recommendation from my aunt. I’ve never looked back. These guys take care of you and your car. The first time I needed them to figure out what exactly was even wrong with my car because I couldn’t even make a guess. They took a couple days to even diagnose the issue from being super thorough to make sure that was it. Pricing is always great without trying to constantly up sell parts to you. Being a woman I’m never talked down to or spoken to like I don’t know anything about cars. I’ve used them for all sorts of issues my car has had over a few years and every time I’m beyond satisfied.

I found them to be very knowledgeable, helpful, explained things in a proper manner and prices are super reasonable. Would use them again for more car issues.

Quick with getting you in and out! They do excellent work and the price is always right! I would recommend anyone to have their car repairs and oil changes done there.

Got a tune up done there. Very reasonable on their price and they got it done by the next day.

The owner was rude he ripped me off he didnt even fix my vehicle he estimated 125 to fix it and then when he couldnt fix it he charged me $90 for labor

Honest guys. They make sure you are taken care of and treat folks right.

Expensive also they take your vehicle somewhere else to get fixed.

Gene and all the others at Don and Joe’s are amazing. I’m a single woman, and they have never treated me like I couldn’t possibly understand what they are saying. They are very honest. I’ve gone in for some thing that I thought was a very expensive problem, but they let me know that what I thought was going on wasn’t actually the problem - it was actually one that was much less expensive.I do have to make an appointment for things like oil changes, but they are so much less expensive than the chain places, and they don’t try to up-sell you on parts or services that are unnecessary. It’s totally worth it. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Ran Annalise on car fixed misfire. Didnt fix what was causing problem. Not there fault, but do think they should run again after fix to make sure that was all. O2 sensors caused my mom to spend not with them, but over $500.00 . Should have been about 200. At most.
