The girl that did my nails was super sweet (and shes new) but the place is definitely overpriced and UNSANITARY!! To add to that I called about the price and they gave me one price and when i came in she changed it up on me. Ive been going to one salon all my life and i switched it up this one time which was super regrettable. I normally pay 25 for a gel refill and color change and i paid 40 for a mediocre job.UPDATE: so the same day i got them i go to take a shower!! and air bubbles formed and the polish chipped and it was GEL!! so clearly i am unhappy and i go back today (the following day) to ask for a full refund so i can go do this somewhere else. The lady at the store tried to only give me back half!! so i had to stay there and argue for a good 30 minutes for a full refund. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!! NEVER GOING BACK!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I go here to get my eyebrows done and its the best place for it. Lisa does such an amazing job on my eyebrows and is helping my eyebrows regain its arch after many botched trips to other salons who didnt do my eyebrows the correct way. Would recommend to a loved one.

I absolutely love it here. I visited and received a soothing pedicure (though of course Im ticklish so it was not ALL soothing) then an awesome full set and amazing eye brows. I plan on going again the next time i feel the need to pamper myself.

I HIGHLY reccomend Paola. Her work is AMAZING!! You show her any nail design or style and shell able to do it! Even if it looks complicated shell make it happen. Shes extremely nice!

Very unprofessional! Went in to get a pedicure at 11am on a Saturday and was denied services with the reason being “ we don’t have anyone to do your toes” and the guy that was there that did my toes 2 months prior was there doing absolutely nothing! No options for a wait time, come back, etc was given to me. STRAIGHT REJECTED unapologetically. Not to mention there weren’t any waiting customers, nor anyone in the pedi seats! SMH

I completely hated this nail salon & this was the first time in my life where I had to walk out. There was only 3 people working only one who could handle acrylics, I think her name was Lisa. To keep the long story short I asked for short nails with an acrylic tip & Lisa refused to do so because it wasnt her style. While Lisa was doing my nails I asked her questions and she ignored me and was quite rude. The other nail technician stared me down while I grabbed the nail color of my choice as if I was going to steal the nail polish. I would never step foot in there ever again I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. The place looked run down and quite outdated, please dont waste your money here!

They are way over priced! They tried to charge me $50 for jell tips. Go to luxi in highland park. Better service and better prices!

Sitting here with my feat soaking and I can smell the dirty bathroom from her. It smells like sewage and as I look around this place is NOT the cleanest. I hope they do a better job on my nails than on keeping this place clean or youll hear from me again.. So far. YUCK.

Decided going here one day before class...worst decision of my life. The fact that only 2 people were working made service horrible. I was tended to until an hour after I sat down. The one lady told me one specific price when I came in, for my nails, and then tried to argue with me that the price she gave me wasnt what she said and insisted on raising the price. That was my sign to just leave. Never again.

I loved my lady at the salon, she was always so nice a& accommodating. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the fact that my nails kept cracking after a week and half or with a slight tap and it became an inconvenience to keep on going to get it fixed.
