I have to give a shout out to Luis for fixing my cracked cell screen, a free screen protector, giving me a free outer box, and teaching me how to get a free otter box that I didn’t know I could get. I usually go to the Apple store but this small business was way better. I love meeting good business owners willing to help. I will never go to the Apple store before going to him again.

Drop my phone crack the screen, phone wouldn’t work, was about to buy a new one when I was told about this place in New Britain that fixes phone... not only did he fix it the glass but also changed the battery Which was in bad shape n put a screen protector on the phone for me for a very nice price...

I thought I needed a charger port for my phone and Lito looked at my phone and said give me a second and fixed my phone on the spot and I ended up paying less then what I thought he couldve easily ripped me off but he didnt, he even put a screen protector and I didnt even ask! I had a samsung s8+ that wasnt charging - it was giving me absolute fits -- the fellas here took about 15 minutes and removed some debris and other foreign objects from the charging port -- these guys wanted to do the work for free - amazing experience and Im back up and running!

I Had A 6s plus screen That needed to be fixed now they gave me a phone screen that was not made out of good material because they put basically hard plastic on it and the screen inside was like fading and losing color which was weird cuz Ive never ran into a problem like that and I have gotten my phone fixed plenty of times before from other places and they didnt use a plastic inside fake screen and I payed 90 dollars for bad service like literally once it starting fading on the inside it stopped working
