I just purchased a used car that I already knew needed work. So looking around for a muffler shop in New Britain. I stumbled upon American Muffler & Brake. So I decided to call, from the beginning whoever picked up the phone instantly started laughing because I needed repairs, telling me I brought my car in CT, wrong Massachusetts. Then he begins to tell me I should have went to NY and Mass, how he has 15 cars. Laughing and jokingly competing with me. I was shocked still shocked. Im calling your business to spend money and your joking.
