I give Karl 4 stars only because I like the guy. Work ethic was good until he dropped off the face of the earth. I keep reaching out to him because he started work orders that are not completed. No answer, no response. Most times his voicemail is full.Currently searching for a new Appliance Repair Guy.

Karl & crew were Johnny on the spot for us. We were in the middle of baking cupcakes and the oven wouldnt light. This after noticing over the previous 3-4 months that oven was heating slower and slower. Found a YouTube video for our Samsung stove for our exact problem (burners work but stove wont). It was an easy fix to install a new universal igniter. Not only could I meet Karl in the field for the part I needed (he had one stock on the truck) but he snipped & helped me wire-nut the old clip to the new igniter. Highly recommend this organization. Great attention to detail, honest, reliable and super speedy delivery. I met him the field and had the igniter fixed in an hour more less. Great job, Karl!

I was new to the area and needed applicences for a property of mine. Carl was knowledgeable, courteous, and very accommodating. Within an hour of leaving the store and paying him securely via Paypal my appliances were delivered to my nearby property (No exaggeration). Check them out!

They couldn’t get my washer and dryer off the second floor. Kept telling me it was impossible to do. How is it impossible when you are looking at them on the second floor? They are not equipped to do hard jobs.

This is old school customer service at its finest. I was desperately looking for a part to fix my 15 year old Whirlpool Estate dryer. I called and spoke to Karl. Not only did he help me to diagnose my machine over the phone to make sure I needed the part, but he personally opened his shop and met me there just to get me the part. All of this on a Sunday!!! Most shops are closed...but he went out of his way to help me. You rarely find this kind of caring and courteous service anymore. When you do, you need to hold on to it. I will be buying my next washer/dryer set from him. He has a warehouse full of awesome appliances at cost that are so much better than big retailers. I am a high school teacher, so I am not made of money and even for my budget these deals are a steal. KJ Brands really came through for me and my family. Highly recommended. Karl is phenomenal.

The Service department Rocks, we met Service Technician named Carl and he went over detail on our electric dryer, not only fix the problem, he went beyond, giving us as a result a dryer running like new! We couldn’t believe how much quieter is running now because was out of balance and I thought that it was normal.Absolutely your money it will be worth it, and yes I will recommended.

Easy to work with, was in and out of their location in under a half hour with a front load washer and dryer to be delivered to my house at great price. They offer finance options which is great as well. My washer had a small leak and Carl went out of his way to make a service call to my house to fix the issue. If you’re tight for cash and need new appliances this is the place to go!

I was in desperate need of my washer being fixed. I had just bought property less than a month ago and it seemed that everything that could go wrong at once, did. I googled washer repair and KJ Appliance popped up. I read some of the reviews and didn’t give it much thought. I still had hope for my Sunday to turn around. Karl answered and in less than half an hour he was at my door and without exaggeration...within minutes my washer was up and running again! I swear I could’ve hugged him! He came with his son to check my washer. You can tell from first glance this is a hard working humble man and his son was a splitting image of his fathers integrity! Support your small local businesses. I can honestly say I am more than satisfied with the service he delivered. I would recommend him without hesitation! This is old skool customer service at its finest! He’s not out to rob your pockets! This man is earning his living! God bless him and his family!
