Great experience from start to finish! We had a tight budget and they worked with us every step of the way, Jason re worked the materials and estimate four or five times for us to achieve the look we wanted at the price we needed to hit. The project manager and field guys also did a great job, there were several kind of picky things we didnt love and they didnt hesitate to re do it until we were happy. They worked long days and got the entire job done in just over a week. Would highly recommend this company.

Hoffman Weber came to inspect our roof after a recent severe storms hit our neighborhood. Dylan arrived on time, and after examining the roof, had no hesitation in letting us know that it came through the storm just fine, and no repairs were needed. I appreciate the professionalism of an honest inspection that doesn’t try to claim damage that isn’t really there.

I needed a new roof and I called several companies for estimates. I decided to go with Hoffman Weber because of 2 reasons. They sales rep that came to see me for the estimate, Dylan Boland, was a no pressure, professional salesman. I had originally wanted a metal roof but I have an addition to my home that made the metal roof not possible because it would not be up to code (several companies also said the same). Dylan helped problem solve this issue for me by suggesting rubber shingles. This was a 50 year roof, it was much less expensive than metal and it looks great!Once the work started and the old shingles were removed it was discovered that I would need plywood on the whole house because there were gaps between the old 2X4s from the 1950s roof. Dylan went to my house, took pictures and texted me so I knew exactly what he was talking about so I understood what was happening.I think the roof looks great, the installers were courteous, and also showed me pictures of the solutions to the problem that was causing my leaks. Curt the project manager was in communication with me from start to finish. Overall I would absolutely go with Weber Hoffman again.

We had Keyth come to our home to inspect our roof after a couple of bad storms to see if there was any damage. He let us know his thoughts on our roof and showed us photos as well. He was on time and courteous. Overall, we were very happy with the free inspection.

This company was a horrible experience for us! Our main issue was that there was a lack of communication after the contract was signed; However, the work completed is up to our high standards. Unfortunately, there was pretty much no communication on when the roofing and gutter teams would be actually coming (rescheduled countless times from no shows), they did not seal the eaves and missed several sections that needed shingles **however they did come back and fix this**, and then they were not able to send the final invoice until we had requested it four times. Glad that this project is done.

Our Row Homes HOA in Hudson,WI hired them for quite a sizable project.They installed a new drainage system with Pop-up valves by each garage.Their own recommended design and it works well.They did repairs inside 32 garages that had been damaged due to poor drainage.Concrete was replaced, waterproof barrier and new drywall installed in each garage.An excellent company to work with with weekly updates given during the process.

Things can go wrong, they always do on larger projects, but they addressed every single detail in a timely manner to a satisfactory outcome and that is a sign of a professional and trustworthy company. We used Hoffman Weber to remove our original asbestos siding, reside our home, and install our new front door system. Every aspect of the process, from working with the salesman, to the project manager, to the crew themselves, went smoothly. Jason, the salesman, was not only prompt and responsive, but he was also very helpful in the design process. The project manager checked in on the crew and progress daily, and answered all of our questions. The crew was extremely efficient and diligent, cleaning up our yard every day to ensure there wasnt any debris in the grass or landscaping. In all, I would hire this company again for any outdoor remodeling needs.

By far this was the worst experience I have had in 30 years of hiring for home repair. HWC bid on a repair to my garage which had been damaged by construction in the alley. They accepted the job and I had high expectations since they seemed reputable and professional. It was scheduled to start 8-14-2020. They didnt show up and didnt call. There was a complete lack of responsive communication throughout this ordeal; the project manager didnt return calls and the office, when you could finally reach someone, merely said the info would be forwarded to the project manager. A perfect Catch 22. When workers did show up-unannounced on a Sunday  morning at 7 AM-the job was largely completed that day except that the workmanship was shoddy and trash, unused material, and lots of nails were left in my driveway. Later on I happened upon the project manager by accident as he was removing some of the material out by the garage. He agreed that the quality of the repair was lacking and said it would be redone soon. Finally on 02-09-2021, 6 months later, the repair was done and unused material removed. To my eye the quality of the repair is still questionable but I am done dealing with HWC. By their own admission, HWC said we dropped the ball on this. Ya think? Consider yourselves warned should you choose to hire them.

Excellent service before and after the work was done. Detailed bid, great crew. Cost was inline with other bids we received. The fact they actually got on the roof to review the condition and the detailed bid, as I asked for, made the difference in selecting them. The crew was friendly, efficient and did a great job with cleanup. Definitely would recommend.

From our first conversation with Joe Wire through the completion of our house project, Joe has gone above and beyond our expectations. Our house update went smoothly without any problems. We had soffits and fascia replaced, chutes put into the attic, and additional insulation put in the attic. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, competent, and ready to answer any questions we had. If we have any additional home improvement projects that we need to do, we wouldnt hesitate to contact Joe again and have Hoffman-Weber do the work.

Ryan Youngren of Hoffman Weber Construction was not a high pressure salesman, listening to what our ideal roofing goal was, then presenting many options coherently and providing examples of the considered options. Ryan made development of the contract smooth, covering several important points we had not thought about such as chimney flashing. The Hoffman Weber team involved in removing the old roofing were polite and efficient, daily cleaned up after themselves. During the install of the new roof, they again worked efficiently and daily cleaned up after themselves. The metal roofing they installed looks magnificent, and several neighbors have been very complimentary. Hoffman Webers Tim has responded to many of our few concerns and questions in a timely fashion.

Everyone was very flexible around my schedule. Keyth the project manager whom visited with me on site was patient, understanding and very willing to educate me. What a delightful experience they create for their customers. They really take pride and care in the entire experience.

Hoffman Weber Construction did an excellent job. I expected the work to be of high quality because I knew that they have a good reputation, but I didnt expect the incredible service and attention I received. There had to be thousands of houses across a couple cities with the same storm damage I got, so I figured naturally the whole process would take some time and Id just have to be patient. I was working with Brian Thole from Hoffman Weber during this whole process and thinking back, I dont think I had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a reply to anything I asked him. I have no idea how he juggled all the work he had from the storm, but he did without any issues whatsoever. My roof was one of the first ones fixed in my neighborhood, my siding done shortly after that, then the various small tasks were completed not long after that. The entire time I was getting calls from Hoffman Weber checking in to see if I had any needs or concerns, or to give me an update on when to expect certain things to happen. I noticed Brian stopped over quite frequently to make sure progress was being made and the work was being done well. One time I was outside to meet with him and he made mention that he had already put on several hundreds of miles on his car that morning (driving to check on all of his customers) and it was a Saturday.After the storm, I felt pretty overwhelmed with everything I had to do, but it turns out all I had to do was call my insurance to file a claim and hire Hoffman Weber. They took care of everything. I strongly recommend Hoffman Weber. Theyve put together a very impressive team of people and the work they do looks great!

We hired HoffmanWeber for a water leak problem at our work. They were very quick to respond to our situation and the team that came out was very good to take care of all that we asked of them. Worked with Brian Thole who was a breath of fresh air compared to the many storm chasers going door to door after the storm. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, accessible, and responsive. He had to go to bat several times against my insurance company (major carrier). Nothing in life is ideal but would highly recommend working with this guy who is a gem to have for this company!

James was here during the insurance damage inspection making sure to look out for our families best interest to return our home to the proper state. Overall the experience was great. there were some issues with the details of the siding job that had to be re-done and fixed, but over all a very good experience with them. They were organized and kept me up to date on everything. Gutters were perfect. Just pay attention to the details like calking and window wraps. Keyth, who helped us with the design was fantastic. we really bugged him with changes and he was very friendly, flexible and quick.

Additionally, over the years weve had Hoffman Weber replace our shingles, add attic insulation, and replace a basement egress window. All the jobs were priced competitively and done very well.

So impressed with Joe who came out to give us an estimate on a roof repair. Another company told us we needed a whole new roof. Joe inspected and explained why a minor repair would do the job and the roof would last us 5 more years. While Hoffman Weber doesn’t do these minor roof repairs, his advice saved us a major expense. When we do need to replace the roof, or if we plan a remodel, we will definitely be turning to Hoffman Weber.

Hoffman Weber Construction just completed a full bathroom renovation in our home and we love how it turned out! Philip organized the project and worked closely with our insurance company and had many great ideas with the design. Ken scheduled the electrician, plumbers, drywall and tile guys as well as helped out with the endless details and finishes. The results are beautiful and Philip and Ken were so easy to work with that we are now working with them to completely renovate our kitchen.

Poor Services, I dont know why some people said that they are the best. i was referred through my neighbor. and my project with them from August 2017 and now its February 2018 have not heard anything about going over to pick the color for siding or any other information about my house. call couple of time keep link into voice mail but no one return call. We have an older modular style home and they were very helpful in finding us just the right window for our wall thicknesses and sizing needs. I was looking hire a general contractor for some interior/exterior repair for my attic and called them to get a quote. Keyth called before to get more information on the project. After explaining the job, he recommended going with a carpenter or framer instead because of the high cost. If you need a general contractor and want one with integrity Hoffman Weber will be a good fit. Im very happy with the advice I got.

Ryan Youngren came out to do our inspection for storm damage. He did a thorough job of inspecting our house and then afterwards took the time to clearly explain how the whole project would progress - from insurance inspection all the way through project completion. Gave them 1 star because I had to. This has been the WORST experience!!! All they care about is money. Customer service in non-existent. We have dealt with 9 different people regarding a leak after gutters were put on and been given 4 different reasons why all of a sudden water is running down the front and back of our house, that was not there prior to the gutters being put on!. I would not recommend Hoffman Weber Construction to do any job. The communication has been horrible as well.

Overall it was a small job, but my husband and I felt that they gave our job as much attention as a big job. They were prompt, did a great job and were friendly and professional. We did not have any extra siding and he went out of his way to track down the exact siding so it would all match. We would highly recommend this company based on our experience with them.

Unlike many of my neighbors who were not happy with the storm chasers that they hired right after a hail storm, we waited and together with Hoffman Weber, we developed a game plan as to timing of work, choices to make, etc. with Ryan Arvola and Brian Thole. Once our storm damage work was started, we were impressed with the quality of the work, the subs, and most of all our communication with the project manager, Brian Thole. He was responsive and very respectful in his dealings with us. I cant wait for the next storm so we can work with them again.

We hired Hoffman-Weber to re-side the front of our home. There was gable roof that had been installed over the front porch that had no flashing. Water had been seeping into the front wall for years. We found out when we found mold spores growing from the underside. Hoffman-Weber came in, went over materials, labor, and costs very thoroughly. They understood our concerns about matching the look of the rest of our 1890 home. Now that the work is done, you cannot tell the new work from the old, even though a modern concrete siding was used.The only complaint we have is that there were a few start delays related to weather (which they cannot help) and crew schedules (which they should be able to help). But once the work began, it was completed swiftly and professionally. We plan to use them again for a future remodel.

I love my windows and patio door! From the first interaction 2 years ago with my first project to now with my second project I was very impressed with the quality employees that I spoke to along the way. The contractors that did the work were a pleasure to work with as well. Everyone was professional and strived for excellence. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. There were a couple hiccups. They ordered the wrong brand/color of aluminum wrap that was sent to the job site, but promptly went out and got the right stuff and still finished in about four hours. They were professional and efficient. Another issue was rectified immediately by Joe to my 100% satisfaction. Joe is a pleasure to work with and he will do whatever it takes to please his customer. We have recommended him to our friends on many occasions, all with great feedback. We appreciate Joes professionalism and integrity. He is an honest business owner and always stands by his word. If you need to get you roof or siding replaced, Hoffman Weber is the BEST!

I have no construction or organization skills when it comes to commercial buildings, an expert from Hoffman Weber Construction came in explained different options and scenarios that would be good short and long term solutions for our heating loss and roof leaking. It amazed me his commitment and knowledge not just to the process but the consistent follow up. We have already seen a savings just in the electric bills from the new roof. Our company was so impressed we have already started the process to have HWC remodel some of our larger rooms as well as looking at their basement repair for some of our employees homes. Once word spread of how smoothly the process went, several of our employees have since pursued projects with this company.

After the storm came through the Minneapolis, Minnesota I was worried about the immediate influx of contractors. I waited and waited, searched and searched until all of the fly by storm contractors had left the area. When the clouds parted and everyone was gone there was Joe with Hoffman Weber construction.I found them at the U.S. Bank home improvement show they had. From the beginning they were professional, honest and extremely flexible. Joe came out to my house, worked with my insurance let me know what needed to be done and what could wait. The crew was timely, professional and quick. They did my house and garage roofs (different buildings) in one day. They worked with my schedule and met up with me to go through the warranty. The project manager went around the house looking for any issues and any nail left behind. I have had other contractors say they were going to come back and check on clean up and never heard from them again.This company sees it through to the end. They took care of the permits and even called the city inspector. When the city inspector came to the house they told me that 80% of the houses getting storm damage repair were failing inspection. What was worse is that they could not longer get a hold of the contractors. Hoffman Weber was there from start to finish and ensured that they were just down the road if anything should come up. I will be working with them again in the future!

This is the second time that HWC has done storm damage repair on our home.. They did a great job through out the whole process of home repair. Each person that we had contact with was very professional and responsive to our questions. They did a wonderful job keeping us posted during weather delays.

Hoffman Weber Construction came out and replaced our roof, siding and garage doors a few years back. They did an AMAZING job! They were great at communicating what they were doing and answered any questions we had. The quality of work was great.We had an issue a few years later with some shingles popping up from a strong storm and they came out right away to fix it no questions asked.I would recommend them to anyone they are the best.
