Johnny and his crew were very polite and professional. Boy, did they do a great job. They were able to do the job within a couple days. They left my yard cleaner than it was to begin with.I thought Johnny would do a good job, but he more than met my expectations and now my pecan tree is totally trimmed up. The transformation from the before to the after looks the work of an artist.Fair price as well.I will be glad to use Johnny again.

Had a great experience with Johnny and his “man on the ground”. My dad needed tree removed we called around and were disappointed with some companies who couldn’t even give us a quote til august. Johnny returned my dads call came out and evaluated what we needed gave us a good fair quote and first tree was down and removed within a week of inital contact. The price was absolutely fair and even arranged for a sculptor friend of his to pick up the large stump. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Johnny Sevier was absolutely amazing at removing a tree branch that fell on our house during the last big monsoon, we could’ve called someone who would just do a hack job on the branch but John handled it professionally and balanced the tree limb to prevent further problems down the line. He is a certified arborist so he knows his stuff, fair prices and got a limb removal, a tree removal, and trimming up a different tree all done in one day. Amazing work! Definitely recommend!

Branch Office has been busy this time of year, and it took a while to get them out to the home, but it was worth the wait. They were in and out in a day, performed the work I wanted, and left the job-site clean.

I called Johnny on a Saturday afternoon, and he was out at our property the following Sunday morning. Johnny immediately put a proposal together, but contacted NBU on our behalf (all on a Sunday) due to the amount of limbs that were growing into the power lines. Johnny did not have to spend the time in contact with NBU, and essentially gave up the revenue by alerting NBU to the hazardous situation for which they were responsible. It turns out the tree limbs were hanging on by a thread. NBU had a crew out immediately the following week. Johnnys expertise and connections in the business benefited us tremendously! We will be using Johnnys services at other properties; his knowledge, integrity and sense of urgency are invaluable.

Johnny was very professional in every facet of the job--communication, promptness, expertise/advice, job site management. What I liked best was that Johnny, who is a licensed arborist, was on site for the job of trimming our 40 foot oak. He personally made sure the job was done to his high standard. Outstanding work!

Johnny from Branch Office Tree Care did a wonderful job of removing a tree limb from the roof of my workplace! He was here within an hour and quickly got to work removing the fallen limb as well as some dead branches that could have caused a safety risk to our customers. Not to mention, Branch Office was the one tree removal service that was able to come out and help us right away! We’ll be sure to contact him if we need some more services in the future.
