Kim Webb was our realtor when we were looking to buy a place. Kim was outstanding from the beginning and was outstanding all the way to the end. Kim was very responsive with questions and very informative throughout the process. Kim was on point with our suggested offer on our new place and it was accepted. I’ve been in my rental for just over a year and I have no complaints about PPI. All service requests I’ve submitted have been addressed in a very timely manner. A/C recently needed to be completely replaced and they came out same day to install temporary window units to help until owner approval was received for such a big job. They were great to work with as have been all their vendors. A great property manager is hard to find and they have been wonderful.

Maintenance is contracted to third parties and Ive been disappointed with who theyve patterned up with to handle tenant needs. Tiles in my shower are still not repaired after they fell out over 2 months ago....major invonvenience

I lived in a property managed by them for two years, and let me tell you, avoid them at all cost. They are subpar in response time, as well as extremely rude. I called to clarify something on the lease prior to moving out, only to be told by Kallie “if you read the lease you would know and not be asking me”. Not only was she unprofessional, she was incorrect on directing me about lawn care post moving out. The lease explicitly states you are not allowed on property once keys are turned in, however she proceeded to tell me I was still responsible for mowing the yard? So how does that work exactly, mow in an attempt to salvage deposit or get arrested for being on property again? She never even responded when I pointed this out. It’s best for all to avoid any property managed by her.

We recently rented a property from this business and had issues from the beginning. We almost didnt proceed because of their mistakes, but the location and price were perfect for us. Luckily, we wont be dealing with them directly anymore which is why we are speaking out. Kallie, the property manager, never apologizes, never takes accountability, and gaslights their mistakes. Before proceeding with this company, I recommend finding out if youll be dealing with them or the actual property owner. We are very lucky that the owner is taking over management.

I told the realtor they have working for them that... I had no credit and no rental history. They said to apply that they where going to talk to the property manager before I submitted my application to see if it would work. So then they told me to submit application and then decline me two days later. Then Pushed me off to an email address and took my money.

My husband and I were in a time crunch with finding a new place to live. After calling countless realtors around town to look at rental properties, not one answered, except Roy Guzman from Property Professionals. He was the only one to answer right away and was able to show us multiple houses even though it was last minute and on the weekend. MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE!!!!!!!This management company is the absolute worst. Let me begin by saying we are a military family that has moved over 8 times over the past decade. We decided to rent a duplex managed by them for 2 years. From the beginning its been a disaster we had a move in date set and the day we got the key realized the carpets were completely full of dog urine. I called Kallie my property manager (who was horrible to work with) and she gave me the run around for almost 3 weeks. She told me the carpet had been professional cleaned prior and even sent someone to re-clean them,which did absolutely nothing since dog urine was soaked to the concrete. It took 3 weeks of us fighting for new clean carpet before they replaced them, Meanwhile we were paying for a hotel to stay in while this was all getting figured out and no compensation was even considered for our inconvenience. Throughout the two years we lived there was multiple occasions were our maintenance requests took weeks to address if ever even fixed. It took almost a month before the new AC was installed and was given one window unit to cool a whole 3 bedroom duplex, we ended up buying another unit at our expense to get through. We asked 6 months before moving out to fix our leaning, broken fence and they never addressed it while living there. Which brings me to moving out first off they dont do an in person walk through so you cant questions any charges they take out of your deposit. I have always gotten every penny of our deposit back from any other place we have lived so I was shocked to find out they kept over $600 of my deposit for the craziest charges, missing light bulbs, broken toliet seat, dirty air vents ? None of this made any sense considering it was all made up and we took video footage to prove it. They take advantage of military families that have to move often and are ripping them off. The best advice I can give everyone please avoid using them.

Since we moved in on March 30, 2020 from that horrible land person we used to have, Property Professionals have been helpful and the maintenance is top notch. The staff Kallie, Amanda, and the rest are very professional. We have outstanding neighbors and happy here.

I have lived in Creekside crossing for over 3 years and pp is in charge of the homeowner association here. This nice tucked away townhouses has def gone south due to them not following through with there own regulations. Cars litter the street causing dangerous driving situations, dogs barking all hours of the night, and homes with 10 cats spilling out of the driveway. Think twice about having this company in force there own rules on the lease!

RENTERS BEWARE!!This was the absolute worst experience with a property company I have ever had. They literally reminded me I was simply the means of their income and refused to serve me as a paying tenant. We were on time every month, even paying half rent at the 2 week mark to ensure we weren’t late. Their communication was terrible, rarely returning calls or emails. My coordinator was incompetent and refused to do their job. I was promised to be able to be present during their walkthrough and they went ahead and did it without my knowing without a simple phone call to explain the mixup. They don’t care about you and your family and only look to bleed you of as much money as they possibly can. Unfortunately, my complaints and requests for adequate service will likely keep me from receiving the majority of my deposit back. This will of course be hidden by an exaggerated itemization list. Be prepared for them to put a lock box on your house before your lease is completed and remove your right to uninterrupted enjoyment of the property. Avoid this terrible “management” company at all costs and find an actual homeowner to rent from.Bad service and dropping the ball will inevitably happen when running a business however I think that the testament to the character of those running it comes in response to these short comings. This company failed miserably to respond appropriately.

Worst experience ever, found that other agents didn’t even want to work with the broker she’s so mean to everyone even clients! I ended up going with another broker and quickly sold my home. I highly do not recommend this company since the father is no longer running it. It’s a shame!

My wife and I have had the luck of working with Andrew Wheeler two times in the past couple of years. We moved down to New Braunfels from out of town in 2011 and needed a rent house on short notice and he helped us out very quickly in finding a place to live. Knowing that we werent ready to buy, in 2012, Andrew spent a couple of days with us to start looking at a place to call our home, but it was not until earlier this year when we decided to pull the trigger.After getting to know Andrew and him getting to know me and my family, he understood our taste and needs as a growing family and helped us make decisions in our best interest. After looking for weeks, we settled on a place that would work in the short run, but did not quite suit us long term like we were hoping. He knew that we were settling for a new house and instead of pushing the sale, Andrew found a different house through some connections and asked to meet with us one last time before we offered the first one. He NAILED it! My wife and I fell in love immediately and with 15 minutes began working on the offer! This was our first purchase and he helped us through the process. Could not have asked for a better experience! My mother and father in law will be moving down soon and we will definitely be giving Andrew a call! Thank you so much Andrew!

They helped me receive the new duplex from the builder andwithin days, the property was rented. They provide timely report on the property and income disbursement. I have complete confidence on this organization, and they are highly recommended.

We have found that PP are great at vetting possible candidates and stay on top of repairs and rent payment.We have recommended them to relatives. We do, however, have a great property!

Being new to the area, first impressions sure carry a higher premium than the usual. By grace I was led to Property Professionals and had the favor of coming into contact with Micki Scott. I can say many good things about her but the most important is that she was a very good listener and sensitive to our needs. How does the old adage go, people dont care how much you know until they know how much you care?...The follow-up with Micki and the company was prompt, courteous and informative. They sure made the transition to a new area a little more easier to bare. I typically am very reserved with my recommendations but I would definitely recommend Property Professionals for your real estate needs. Our experience, simply stated, was seamless.

I am trying to relocate due to landing a much better paying job. I have really good rental and work history, along with good credit. I gave them many items stating proof of Employment. I told them that they would have to get proof of income from my new employer through The Work Number and they refuse. They said that they dont do that. Which is absolutely absurd. It is their job is to verify proof income. Then they told me that would not even give my application to the property owners for consideration without proof of future income. Which is impossible to get when starting a new job.

As a military family, we move every couple of years, and they have always kept us informed about the condition and status of the home. It took several phone calls. To get a return courtesy call back. I inquired in a house. It was taken. So i told the lady how much Id spend how many bedrooms in new braunfels. Asked her to see if she had anything else in her inventory. She required me to give her a address that i was interested in!! She raised her voice and hung up on me. Now Ive talked to other people that leased from them. Found out i got away cheap. Because they go from rude. To downright mean!!! Id stay away.

I dont know how the company carries on about their other activities, as I had been living on the property for one year already when they took over from another company. What I do know is when I truly needed someone to help with some transitional phases we were going thru such as needing to make some arrangements with the owner, and also other little changes and maintenance issues, they were great!There is One Particular Bright Shining Star whom has gone completely out of her way and totally worked so hard to help us thru some very difficult and complicated paperwork and changes. Kathleen Vogt is an employee that makes a company look like they are the absolute best at what they do. If she is the one that is helping you, honestly, you can relax and know you are in great hands. Never have I ever experienced this great customer service within a Rental Properties Organization. I have even worked as a Rental Properties Coordinator, so I do have an idea of what I am talking about. She is absolutely the most patient, efficient, helpful, and not to mention absolutely the most pleasant person you could want to do business with.... She made what would have been a nightmare, into an event I actually looked forward to, at times. Nobody likes doing paperwork or handling problems, but she seems to love helping people. This is who you want in your corner regardless if you are the boss or the renter. Again, I highly recommend this Co. based on the fact they have Kathleen Vogt working for them. I have never not once had any unpleasant experiences with anyone else there either. If I were better at names, I know there were some other compliments I could give, but Ms. Vogt is the one whom has helped me so much over the last few months. a very happy tenant....

I was a renter in a home that Alicia from Property Professionals handled for 2 years. The home owner lived out of town but whenever there was an issue she would guide me. When my lease was not renewed because the owner was letting family move in, Alicia offered to assist me with trying to find another place to live. Not only did she try to assist me with purchasing a home but also with renting another home when I was not able to purchase. Alicia went above and beyond what was necessary to assist me by sending me homes to look at when I initially tried to purchase, and for looking through the rental database for options for me when it became apparent that purchasing was not an option.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. But its the lowest possible rating. I leased from property professionals for one year. The experience with them leaves me with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth for leasing. I was in between selling a house and looking for my next. Not long after moving in I received an email that they forgot to handle some cables on the outside of the property (this was a townhome). Somehow this became MY problem. After several months of back and forth with spectrum cable, and then their creating a service request on MY account thru spectrum, with the need for me to show them what cables (which I still didnt see or know where to direct them ) it was noted spectrum said these were via AT&T for which I did not have an account. The lack of courtesy or professionalism from my assigned property manager at property NB was unacceptable. I found my home to purchase in the area and considered breaking my lease early. However, per the terms I would be responsible for every month until it was leased as well as an additional fee unless I found a renter. With the way they handle business, I quickly realized they would not be able to rent the place before my lease terms ended, so I opted to just continue paying thru the end. My troubles didnt end there. As the months went by, they entered the property without notifying me, and then proceeded to tell me a vendor noticed my yard maintenance needs by walking by. I cannot explain in a few words why this is not possible, but the privacy fence and no neighbors behind should be a hint. Then they also informed me that the owner of the property noticed it too. So he also entered the property without notifying me. It doesnt end there. Then they scheduled air conditioner yearly service 1 month before the end of my lease and said I needed to be present otherwise I would be charged a trip fee for the management company to be there for this service. Nope. Doesnt end there either. After communicating with the office about whether or not there would be a general cleaning after I moved out, the office person went to check on the status of the property. She said I needed to clean fan blades and a few other simple things. Once I received the remaining deposit with itemization, I saw a cleaning fee, charges for pressure washing, lightbulbs and a fee to replace a toilet seat. Please note I am a single female, not obese and lived in the property for 6 months. I dont know how a toilet seat is being added to my bill listed as broken. Almost $500 later, the remaining deposit was returned. My initial instinct is to send a dispute and hire a lawyer. However I dont EVER want to deal with this unprofessional, nickel and diming company ever again. Im so glad its finally over. If you or someone you know is looking to lease in New Braunfels, and you see the green sign out front for property professionals, I highly recommend you proceed with caution, unless you want to pay for excessive charges and have the management company problems become yours.

Communication with all of the staff has been consistently pleasant and professional. Our duplex was beautifully prepped prior to move-in. As well, the neighborhood in which it is located is safe, quiet and well maintained. We were concerned that we might experience noise issues with our adjoining neighbors, but to our happy surprise, it has been extremely quiet. When we had a couple of minor maintenance issues, Property Professionals were blazingly fast to address them. Overall, we highly recommend their services!

He took me to see many houses, but I was being very picky. I knew exactly where I wanted to live in New Braunfels, and at the time, I had a great apartment downtown - so I had no pressure to move until I found exactly what I was looking for. I even told Josh at one point, look, Im wasting your time - lets take a break, because theres no reason for you to spend all this time on my picky needs. But, he would not accept that offer, and Im glad that he did not.Shortly after that conversation, I received a phone call from Josh. All he said was, Meet me at [address] tomorrow morning at 10. I found your house. That was pretty much all the discussion. So I showed up at that address the next morning, and Joshs confidence was right on the mark - he found my house. Charming. Aged. And, fit near every single intricate request I was looking for in my first home. AND, it was very close to downtown, a giant selling feature for me. I was in love.Josh quickly helped me getting moving with making an offer, and was great with negotiating with the sellers. His advice during the negotiating process was spot on, especially while (honestly) being very nervous about the home buying process. He introduced me to a lender in town that made all the financials such a painless process - and believe me THAT part made me truly anxious, but in the long run, they took that anxiety and turned it right in to excitement.I wholeheartedly LOVE my home. This place is run by unreliable and rude management that fail to do simple things within their job description such as returning phone calls/emails. Ive placed multiple maintenance requests and have had two problems addressed in the time Ive lived here. Not to mention that regardless of how uncomfortable you are with strangers coming into your home, they continue to send staff into my home while Im at work. My son has been terrified on numerous occasions because the staff do NOT knock, instead they use their key to just come into our home during the day. They claim to be there in pathetic attempt to fix something that I NEVER requested to have fixed then they leave and the thing that was needing to be fixed is never mentioned again. Ive asked them repeatedly to refrain from doing this and have found that they do whatever they want. This week I purchased a nanny cam and a pitbull.

Tracy Norris at property professionals is the real deal. Dont manage with another company if you can manage with her company. You can expect ethical interactions and a person that is constantly working to improve her business and service.

Have a outdated agressive dog list. Dont allow german shepherds or many other breeds on any of there properties, even though there is a nation wide push to remove aggressive breed assumptions. You cant judge one dog before meeting it just because of its breed. I called 3 times and no one offered me any other options or ways to work with me.

Had property stolen from a home we were renting that was being shown to prospective new renters since we were moving, under the management of property professionals and Ill we get is a sorry and now they wont return my messages beware people
