Very Rude!! Attempted several times to cancel my services after being placed on hold forever. Left many detailed messages when I was canceling my services & to switch it to the new place. Than received a bill after emailing & attempting to contact them for almost a full month. Refusing to prorate my services. This would have never happened back home in Montana. Never been treated this unfriendly😔

Nbu does not have the best interest of the community our wayer has gone out 5 times in a month all during the day. They have problems maintaining the pipes. They are for profit business that is only out for the board
