The only place we will buy any of our needed inks from. Much less expensive than buying at a big box store. George has always been helpful and seems to be a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend this place

HP 61 color refill cartridge will not work. Even after following directions given to me by them over the phone. I will NOT be going back. A waste of my time and they were less than helpful.

Just started a job and my printer needs toner called here and the guy who answered was beyond rude. I asked to place an order for toner and he didnt say anything and after a awkward pause he said what Im listening. I told him my machine make and model and he angrily said no toner type.....as Im trying to figure out how to remove the old one I dont see any specific numbers and he started yelling at someone in the office so I just hung up.

These cartirdges are refilled. And your printers are programmed to tell you they are counterfeit because they would rather you spend a bunch of money on their cartridges. All you have to do is disregard the message and your computer will still print. So yes, buy from here if you want to save money. You cant say the cartidges dont work if you dont understand how they work. Dont take advice from these old folks who arent tech savvy.

I bought two replacement ink cartridges HP #61 from Cartridge World in New Braunfels for my HP Envoy printer. The printer rejected the color ink cartridge as a counterfeit and would not work, even with the help of the manager at Cartridge World, my printer would not work using the color ink. The black ink cartridge has worked so far. The sign displayed in the establishment has a 30 day guarantee for their products, but the manager refused to take back the faulty product he sold me and would not refund my money. If you have a HP printer do not buy your replacement cartridge here, your printer will not work as you expect and you will not get your money back.
