Tim is the best pool guy ever! He really knows his work and knowledgeable in pool cleaning. He can fix any problem. Hes amazing!

We called Tim to replace a booster pump that went out on our pool. Tim came out and not only completed the replacement of the pump, but provided suggestions on what we can do to better maintain our pool system. He then proceeded to vacuum the pool, clean the filters, and check and add chemicals to get us started. We were so impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge of pool care that we signed up for his weekly service. We are we so happy to have someone of his caliber we can count on. If I could give a negative I would, before the name change I was working with them on a slide installation. I purchased the slide because I was told that would be easier, after the purchase of the slide I tried numerous times to get them back for the installation. I never got a return call, they just ghosted me like I don’t even exist. I have had to get quotes for finishing the work, I even reached out one more time after several past attempts to see if I could get a response and got nothing. I will never refer this company ever.
