Donna Joseph, cant say enough about this lady! Very informative and friendly. Relates to all the strange pets we have and has any information off of the top of her head that we ask. She makes our petsmart visits fun and enjoyable. Give that woman a sizable raise! She deserves it.

Megan was wonderful. I didnt even recognize Duffy when she came out! Her bows were the cutest (although didnt last long..lol). Great communication between the groomer and my son. Will definitely bring her back! Highly recommend Megan! Duffy grooming lasted 2 hrs and she definitely had some tangles to deal with.

2nd time now they have cancelled a teeth cleaning, the night before our appointment. And then say they can’t get us in for another month. If you’re going to cancel our appointment, suggest finding way to get us in sooner than a month out.

I love looking at all the animals and walking around here is always fun. But the prices are just too much. They also dont have a great selection of things for cats. I wanted a safe spray for my little guy and all they had was shampoo. But the dog section has a lot of sprays and wipes that are scented. So that was disappointing.

Best customer service I have had. Levi, was so informative and patient. He definitely deserves a gold star and recognition.

Brandon was super friendly. He was patient with me but didnt try to act as though he knew about a topic he wasnt familiar with. Manager was a male, I think and also seemed to be really kind. Only let down was product availability but I cant really complain bc they had what I needed. And all 3 employees were positive interactions 👍

Petsmart is the best place for all of my tropical fish needs. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in here today and went to use the bathroom, it was DISGUSTING! I can only imagine what the animals in back are in if this is how the public restroom is kept. Even the trash out front was overflowing. The bathroom was gross enough that I wouldn’t use it... disappointed because I have always shopped here but I will go elsewhere now.

This store is usually always clean and well stocked. It’s a medium size store so it doesn’t always seem to have all of the items other large stores carry. The employees are always friendly and quick to move people through lines if there are any.

I brought my five year dog to be bathed and groomed, nail clipped. Paid for the service, got back to my truck only to find they never gave her a bath, trimmed her face and ears. only cut half her body.. the Absolute worst ever.

Went there to get some stuff for my new puppy and to make her a collar. Variety of products and staff was so helpful and friendly

Great place to find everything pet related but this specific Petsmart seems to be low on fish everytime I go. Still, a great collection and the only place in New Braunfels to get pet related products and services.

Anytime I go into an establishment minutes before closing (not intentionally - we were coming from out of town), and still receive A++ customer service....yes! Im going to let the world know about it.Very helpful from getting crickets, worms, advice for my dragon to checking out....Kudos! And Thanks a million.

Picked up a heater for the beta fish tank. The price was lower online but they matched it in store. Super pleased!

Ask for Brandon in aquatics and fish. He knows types of fish, diseases, and how to maintain the water to keep the fish healthy. Very helpful and a great guy (guides you to the best deals and tells you what works).

Love Pet Smart. Its a one stop get everything you need for your pet kinda store. They have good deals and great sales. If you cant find it, ask for help. The staff is always ready to help you locate what your looking for. Oh and dont forget, bring your pet along for the ride. They are pet friendly and who knows your pet may pick out something they want.

I took little Lucy to the vet housed in PetSmart for shots. A smooth and painless experience. Staff were all professional and friendly.A few days later, I took her in for grooming. She got a great cut for a reasonable price. Once again all staff was great! They took care of Lucy like she was one of their family.

The is set up nicely and they have a good selection of items. The sales people are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. I was there to purchase fish and got what I wanted. The only reason I did not give it five stars was the prices are way too high

The store offers everything the trendy pet owner would want, with a trendy price tag to match. But is sadly deficient of basic supplies for the well educated niche pet owner. They have courteous staff, but their staff wasnt able to meet our needs. Im giving it three stars because even though PetSmart isnt a store we find useful, other customers will.

Do not purchase their cat towers. After owning one of their whisker city towers for 7 months, it broke with my cat in it. My cat is only 10lbs. You would think a tower that costs over $180 would be built to last longer than 7 months.When I called to ask about a replacement the manager told me they had a 30 day return policy and could not help me. He suggested I call the manufacturer. When I asked for the manufactures contact information he gave me petsmart customer care number but told me it was the number for whisker city.What a waste of money.

Its a good place to take the kids and dogs. Lots of fun pet stuff to check out. Staff is normally nearby and ready to help. If your priority is low prices then you can probably get better deals but if you like being out with humans and lots of dogs then this is a good place for you.

Every time we walk into the store, were greeted with a smiling staff member. All employees dote on our dog, and he loves it; especially the grooming dept. We walk in, and we hear multiple cheers of, Jethro!!. Its a great feeling, knowing your pet is going to be treated well while in this store. Thank to the Creekside PetSmart, New Braunfels, TX!!! All of the grooming center there deserves accolades!

Good variety of pet merchandise. They keep the kennels clean for the adoptable which is big when you are looking to adopt or just take the kids to admire them. Good supply of pet toys for the dog.

We went for treats and looks at dogs, but we ended up adopting a cat.

Took my yorkie in for grooming today and Chris did a wonderful job! He was a hot mess and when I picked him up he looked like a cute little teddy bear! I’ll definitely be back!

The groomers are AMAZING !

Great place for little pets (gold fish & crab, but not sure about other pets just assume they are fine as well). Dog and cat food some what pricey, we tend to shop at walmart and HEB for that. Although there pet food is probably better. To supplement our cheaper dog food, on occasion we add salmon or sardines or whatever is on sale. Even cooked ground beef works.

Prices are high not sure how they stay open with online pricing .

Everyone here was knowledgeable about everything. They were eager to help and friendly. They welcome my family and my pup with open arms. They gave out dog treats and suggested things to do for our new pup. Great customer service and even recommended their reward program to help me save money.

I go here a lot to get stuff for my fish tanks and the staff were very helpful while I was trying to find a certain kind of fish. Would recommend if you need pet stuff.
